Really this is mind bugging. At least as a minimum courtesy, there is no information if services will be revoked or not. How long a customer can wait? We don't have a visibility. My rs.1000 also locked as i have recharged. Request a realistic date that the services will be available. Customer care numbers are mostly not reachable, if gets connected executives are saying that the connection will reestablished within 6 pm or 12:00 midnight on the day of complaint and this repeats everytime the call gets connected. But no signal yet. Already important channels were not coming for 3 months. Now no signal. When this will get resolved.
