My subscription number is[protected]. Have subscribed for silver sports packages. But for the past few months many channels like sony network, sun network and ten sports network channels are not available. When contacted the customer service people, they are not giving any proper reply. They keep on saying that it will be solved in two days for the past few months. If the channels are not available then they should have reduced the package price or should have informed earlier. Need an explanation as when will be the problem get solved.
