Big TV team,
Myself Ganesh Shetty, my smart card no:[protected]. I am receiving 400 error from last 6 days. I contacted your support on April 15, your team said unable to broadcast channels due to software issue & will be fixed within a day but issue is not fixed till today April 20.
Please refund our money, if you cannot provide the services.

Updated by [email protected] I have renewed your package for 2 years at INR 2499 on April 6th but no channels to view IPL till now. Your phone support team behave very unprofessionally with customers. From April 15 onwards no channels due to software issue from your end & you are misleading the customers with 400 error message.

Updated by [email protected] Your phone support team is not ready to escalate the issue to next level with customers complaint. Please arrange refund, if you are unable fix the issue. If any technical issues there, then why it s not displayed in channels. Why customers being misleaded with 400 error?
