Reliance Bigtv — unnecessarily delay by reliance big tv

It is to inform you that i have applied for a new reliance digital tv connection on dated 23/06/2018 under advance paid to pre-book amount of rs.499/- under online transaction id no. Nsb[protected]igaduhpju2 dated 23/06/2018. I called customer care several times and requested them to install it, but every time they had given excuses. On the time of booking, they told me to install within 30-45 days after pre-booking. Kindly look into the matter personally and to resolve my problem a. S. A. P.
