Reliance Communications — 4g wipod is not working

4g wipod is not working When i turn it on it shows red for the 4g button on the dongle. I tried calling your customer care phone number multiple times and it is not connecting. Also, i could not raise the complaint in relianceada website. Please resolve this issue. Also, what is your customer care number for bangalore?
