Hello team, Kindly take this as a formal complaint against reliance communications. I had requested for the cancellation of my reliance internet ([protected]), however the reliance customer care did not cancel my services and kept billing me for two months. Now they have filed a case against me under section 406 and 415-e of ipc for non - payment. Here is what i have to say about this, reliance is calling me and sending messages inspite of requesting for cancellation. I have all the call recordings and emails that were sent to reliance requesting for cancellation. Please file a case against reliance for torturing me to make the payment without me being at fault. Reliance communications should fix their customer service first and stop billing customers for the services that they have never used. Hope this is clear, very unsatisfactory service from reliance.
