Sir I am using reliance post paid connection for 2 years but now I want to port out my no. To jio but jio executive saying reliance has denied my request for port out due to unknown reason but when I called to reliance they are saying they didn't receive any request from jio reliance and jio companies are not responding on my request please help me .
