Reliance Communications — all outgoing & incoming call barred by company even if bill is paid

I have port my reliance sim to bsnl two moths back. Due to non payment of bill company has barred my outgoing & incoming call dated[protected].
Today[protected] i have paid my bill of 515 rs still incoming & outgoing calls are barred. Please activate my sim ([protected]) because that number is very important for me. My receipt id is amip94352821. I am from lucknow.
