[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Amount deducted but not received the services

I am writing with reference to my internet recharge on number [protected] of Rs. 251 dated on 10th September 2016, but I have not received the service, as the amount has been debited. When I communicated the matter with your customer care executive (Mr. Rahul), he told me that recharged has been done and amount has been debited but you would not get the service and also we can refund the money to you. What the hell is this? If the services have not been activated on that number than refund the amount. This is the simple policy of every service provider. But he refused. When i talked with your supervisor (Mr. Manav), he also told me the same in a rudely manner and also told me you do whatever you want to do, we will not refund your money and also we will not provide you the service.
What is this? Is this a way to talk to your clients? Why can’t you refund the money to the customer if you are not able to give the service?
You are just looting the money from the customer by taking the amount and not provide the service to customer, and when the customer asked for his money then your customer care executive talked in the rudely manner and also cut the phone sometimes.
I am more concerned about my money.
You are requested to look into the matter and refund the amount to me.
