    RCOM perhaps as i have experienced and read several place is a big chit/fraud corporate - not only they frist call thier sikar inside the net but also they have screwed up revenue of govt of india.. i saw tv saying poor it minister A raja.

    i am holding a LG RD 7250 CDMA phone bought from reliance web store. I have been with this phone past 3 years.. during this three years.. i have been screwed up left right and center.. things were different untill last year.. i was fully funded.. was never bother for few hundreds.........

    They enjoyed to thier fullest........ of my money on account of several bluf..... rworld...charges.. internet charges.. tantra mantra pack... fun learning pack... each time the customer care guy use to say for eaech deduction.


    Past 6 months as i have very tight financial situation due to market crash.. i have started monitoting.. my balance... and to my surprise each 15 days.. they were keep on deducting 30 days....

    each time upon my call the call center guy are saying... that some body did some mantra from your mobile phone and the dedution is on account of that....

    like this each time i have called they had excuse and excuse... i do not like lie and lier as well... each time i have seen my BP going to >150..... becoming nervous.. but those guys are quite.. as if this is thier daily routine/job...
    thier reply is fixed/type recorded...."sorry for the inconvenience sir, i understand your feeling....i will take your feed back.. i am going to raise a complain....etc...."

    each time they have been raising a complain.. and afterwards i have been receiving a sms saying that deduction was correct..we have unsubscribed this service.....

    month after month,...this is the business and it is happening.. i am a salaried... i do not have time... ..i am fully occupied,,, they bloody knows this trick... and deduct's money month after month... some times i also feel imagine the situation of layman.. who does not know... even how to check the balance... who knows these xxxxxxxxxxx might be deducting thier money every day/weekly.

    They must have simple mantra selling a dead donkey... and making handsome out of it... by inviting many audience and collecting one rs. each... ... meaning.. if they deduct 30 of 1 crore customer a day..Anil will see revenue of 30 crore... at his palm top... they he will direct his follower only shows just 3 lakh as revenue...remaining sent to reliance money,, to speculate on his own company;s share....
    i feel.. and my feeling says.. this could be in real situation as welll....

    Who cares for whom in this world.... we say corporate.. all except few are ... belonging to same category... whom to trust.. whom to not.. our legal system... our minister... our country... whom to blame... !!!!

    But one supreme power i have faith.. he is seeing everything.... he has punishement for all...may be bit late... but yes it is...one day.. who know... Already this company is in shiking phase... the stock price was 400.. now it is 180.......

    it is mid night.... not sure what to write more.. i do not know what difference it going to make...

    Can anyone return my Phone cost 7k... plus fradulent deduction... past 6 months... i promise .. i will never ever again say reliance in my next atleast 82 Janamas.......

    I am Prakash. I have reliance prepaid sim card.sometime my account balance is deducted for vas services but this services are automatically activated on my no. Now today I have charged RS.1.00 for vas which is not activated by me therefore I want my balance.please refund my balance.

      Hi,

      I had filled in a form online the website is "http://offers.connectindia.in/reliance_broadband/may26.jsp?stid=4001&srid=2016&siid=1016&prid=110095&c... to get a Reliance data card last week, I got a call post that from a Noida number (8th Dec), the number is [protected], and confirmed the visit from a Reliance rep on Thursday by 4:00 pm.

      Post this on Thursday I got a call from a Pune number, [protected], from Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd, from a person named Nandkishor. He confirmed that the person will arrive at my residence by 5:00 pm. No one turned up till 7:00 pm. I again got a call from the Nandkishor, who informeed that the person will be in by 15 mins, and that he got reprimanded by his Noida office.

      he person came in at 8:00 pm, promptly took the money - INR 3500, and then installed the software on my pc. It was confirmed to me that the data card will be activated within 24 hours.

      The next day (10th Dec 09), It was still not activated. I called the Pune number, and spoke to Nandkishor, who told me to call whoever told me that the card gets activated in 24 hours. So I called the Noida office again, who informed that they will speak to the Pune office.

      I then got 2 people who came in for a verification on Saturday evening, after making numerous calls to the Noida office.

      Post the verification, no one answered the call on Sunday when I called.

      Today 14th Dec, when I call the Pune number for Nandkisor, he disconnects my call, when I called the Noida number, I was told that this was the sales number, and I need to call another number, [protected].

      I called this number and spoke to Rajesh, who informed that he will look into the matter. which is highly unlikely as I have made over 20 calls to Noida just to check when will the data card get activated.

        Hi,Iam Ramananda from Manipur but still iam in Mumbai.One week before i have taken one GSM no [protected] but this no can't send any sms in Manipur to all networks in Manipur so i have complaint to Gallary of Juhu and they have given one request no[protected] till now they have not taken any purposal for me.After three days i call to customer care about my this problem he say that Where is the Manipur and it's not included in National sms,that is not fair to listen this words.If you have no facility to sms in Manipur,Why you offer such type of package???? It's network is not properly good.If i called to another state it will comes like Network busy and take around 5 min to ringing.If i called to another network it will ringing to much fast.I asking to Reliance Manipur is not include in India????????
        Not only in Manipur.I use a reliance gsm sim in Noida and Lucknow and its equally useless.Reliance should take required steps to ensure that its customers are happy, before they start loosing out on them !.
        Reliance GSM service is horrible in Noida, the network quality is very poor, only 0 or max 1 bars in network.
        Dont go for GSM before confirming quality from some friend who has the connection.
        Dear sir,
        I have taken reliance gsm sim (No. [protected]) before three month, last month it has been blocked, i asked in customer, they have told that this is your mobile problem. So they have taken 100 Rs and replaced the sim, but two days before same problem has came, but this time they are telling that is reliance problem, and they are not changing the sim card also.

          Hi,

          I am a reliance CDMA user, and I am very much pissed off with the 'Bakwas Service' on my connection It got activated automatically on my cell phone and I also received a message saying if you want to unsubscribe this service send UNSUB to some number and Rs.10/- per month will be charged from you. So I tried to unsubscribe the service 100s of times but could not be able to do so because each time I try to unsubscribe I receive the message as "message not sent". Then I decided to contact customer care of the same company and I have launched complaints to stop this service for more then 10 times but nothing happened. Its over 2 months now and I am still getting messages regarding the same.

          So, please I request you to help me out in this matter and get me my balance back which got deducted because of this service.

            On 13th December,2009 i Checked the balance of my No. [protected] and
            come to know that there is some account balance mistake of 20 Rs,so
            immidiately i called to customer care no, and inquired about my
            account, and i was shocked to know that they deducted 20 Rs. for some
            style service automatically.

            For your kind information i had never subscribed for this service.
            they deduct 20 Rs. without even informing me.

            i was shocked to knowing that, as i have never subscribed for this
            service. when i asked them to give me details of this subscribtion, he
            refuse me by saying that that information can't be displayed on their
            computer. he was not ready to transfer
            that call to his team leader or floor manager. and disconnected the
            phone.

            i am very disappointed by Reliance GSm Service.

            I think this becomes strategy of Reliance Communication Group to make
            money by cheating.

            I want my money back, as i haven't subscribed for any service of Reliance GSM.

            Waiting for your prompt action for the same.

            Dear Sir,

            On 28th October,2009 i got an sms from Reliance(51234) that
            "your subscription to CRBT serfvice has been renewed at Rs.30 for a
            period of 30 Days to unsubscribe sms unsub 1003 to 155223(toll
            free)".

            As i know i haven't subscribe for this service, i called at reliance
            customer care 10-20 times from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm, but i got reply
            that system is down,so they can't check it and even not able to give
            ticket(complain)no. i had words with so many executives for the same.

            Meanwhile i was able to talk to one of the executive, he gave me ticket no.
            [protected], and told me i will get my 30 Rs. Credit in my account
            within 24 hrs. and i will get sms for the same.

            On 29th October, 2009, as i called at reliance customercare, i
            talk to one of the executive for the same, then to Floor Superwiser, Team Leader and Senior Team
            Leader. but they all are not able to give me satisfactory answer. and i was
            really surprised to know that executive had gave me wrong ticket no.
            [protected] as they don't have rights to give ticket no. and he
            misguide me by saying that i will get 30 Rs. credit within 24 hrs.

            i was asking if i had subscribed for CRBT service then proove it, but said they are not able to do that and gave me below mentioned email address for the complain and further enquiry.

            as i do email my complain to this email address on 29th October,2009 itself.

            Then reemail on 31st Octoer,2009 and again reemail today on 2nd Novemeber,2009.

            ASAP, as i am very much disappointed with Reliance GSM Service..

            Exactly the same thing happend to me. But instead of Rs. 30 they deducted Rs.10 from my account, because i have only Rs. 16.23 in my account.

            Few days back i received an sms about dialing a toll free no. i dialed as usual by right after get connected they deducted Rs. 30 from my account for astrological service, but for the 1 month i didnt received any astrological service from reliance, and even none of the customer care executives helped to receive the same.

            Reliance is doing a great fruad to the customers like us, so please help.

            On 8th December,2009 i did recharge of 75 Rs. of my No. [protected]. so immidiately i received an sms that i am getting 68 Rs. Talk time.

            After sometime when i checked the balance, i found that 10 rupees are less than of that what i got after recharge.

            i called customer care, i got answer that they couldn't check the account because their system is down.they told me to call again after 1.5 Hrs.

            again i called after some time, i got same answer.

            after sometime i called again , their executive Mr. Ashish told me that i have subscribed for some style service, that is why that deduct the amount.
            I was shocked to knowing that, as i have never subscribed for this service. when i asked them to give me details of this subscribtion, he refuse me by saying that that information can't be displayed on their computer. he was not ready to transfer that call to his team leader or floor manager. and disconnected the phone.

            I am very disappointed by Reliance GSm Service. they did this things before also.in month of October, they deducted 30 Rs. as saying that This for CRBT service subsctiption, in last month they deducted 5 Rs. for the same service subscription, as i haven't subscribe it. as usual when i called to customer care 5 to 6 times, i got same answer that the system is down after a long waiting.

            I want my money all money back (30 Rs. + 5 Rs. + 10 Rs. = 45 Rs.) with Compentation for wasting of my time and mentally harasment, as i haven't subscribe for any such service. or else proove it with each & every details of subscription in writte.

            I think this becomes strategy of Reliance Communication Group to make money by cheating.

            I am using reliance GSM, i am not getting the network at my place .

            whenever i try to call always says me the line is busy.

            kindly look into the issue and please sort out a.s.a.p.

            If you cant then i have to switch to some other service provider.
            I am Priyabrata Bhanja i am staying in Bangalore i have use GSM services from last 6-8 month to till date . Your department without giving any information suddenly disconnected my connection today and said barred service, I have already submitted all the document which required for taking connection . I talk with your customer executive he told that sorry i am help less.
            my name is Raju kumbhar, My no. is [protected], i was bought reliance gsm sim card 15 days before, i was submitted my all necessarey documents to my Retailar, but last night my card was not working, showing NUMBUER BARRED and customer care exe . told me that ur documents is not submitted, but my Retailor says me i was submitted, so now what can i do...
            I think reliance gsm is suffering loss from me, for recovering losses they STOP my services ...
            if reliance gsm cant providing better services 2 customers, so why they introduced new PLANS in market ...
            i think other service providers are best than uuuur service ...

              I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

              Reliance — Reliance Broadband

              Guys, Do not opt for Reliance Broadband services these guys are cheats they install services in a month and then when it goes down , you won't even get service forget about other things since reliance does not have a toll free compliant number the customer care will frustrate you with lots of bill just to know about your complaint status.
              These people are playing with customers like anything , i talked to around 15 executives in customer care and everytime they gave me a new reason for down time in services in the end i had to tell them , that i will go to consumer forum, believe me these guys are so shameless one of them also followed to suggest me to disconnect.
              I paid a 3000/- bill for something which did not work for a month now, i have now asked them to terminate the connection.
              they are not afraid of anything.
              DO NOT OPT FOR RELIANCE BROADNET SERVICES,- that my sincere suggestion

              I have taken Reliance Broadband customer and taken the connection or 3rd september.The connection went fine for 15 days or so.Then started the problem.Everynow and then the service will be down.Then for past 15 days there had been no connection.The best part is that the costumer care is the worst of all the other services.
              They are just a bunch of monkey who have been given a mic to speak to the customer.I[censored] file a complaint also they give u a very good assurance that this will be resolved withing 24 hrs but that 24 soon turns out to be 240 hrs or sometimes might turn to be 240 days when you ask them for downtime credits also these will not listen.
              When u dont have have full technical staff to support all over india then u should shut down the business and continue services where u have staffs to support.Every now and then there will be the same problem and a guy sitting in pune will just say ur complaint has been sent to the field guy and it will be resolved by today or tommorow and that today or tommorow will never come.
              So this is high time for the big guys sitting in mumbai to wake up and think about this otherwise the whole of reliance broadband wimax services is going to be wiped out in the country.Already many guys who had taken reliance broadband wimax connection have started switching to other broadband services.

              Reliance Broadband — No Internet Connection

              I applied for a broadband connection from reliance broadband through Door to door customer care Executive. first time when he came to my house, he said that they won't charge any amount for installation n also for modem (free of charge) he said that installation process will take around 10-12 days. But from second day on-words he called me n said " sir vo scheme khatam ho gai hai apko 500 Rs dene padenge nahi to process nahi hoga", that time i needed net connection so i gave him a cheque of Rs5oo. After having that cheque they never called me for another 20 days.... somehow i managed executive's no. n i called him, than he said to me "kutch problem ho gai hai cable nahi dal rahi hai apka amount refund ho jayega". After that its been 3 MONTHS n i haven't received either any refund or any net connection. After fed-up of there false promises i called reliance customer care in mumbai, then he gave me delhi's CCE no. n her name (Heena). but i tried a lot on that no. n nobody picks that one..,
              I just want ppl to know how risky n feel cheated to have a service through executives who come to ur door n make false promises.
              N i m also disappointed from reliance. i won't be able to hve any service from Reliance in my near future n also recommend my known one that not to go for any reliance service.

              Reliance Broadband — Most horrible Service I have seen in my life

              I have taken Reiance broadband for no use its not working since three months and whenever i complain in customer service they take a complain and give some complain number which is good for nothing they close my request by own. i dont know why

              even now after three months no one come to me.
              YES..............IAM FACING THE SAME PROBLEM.......THEY ASKED ME TO PAY THE RELIANCE BILL ON 10TH OF JANUARY.......I PAID THE NEXT DAY ON 11 TH OF JANUARY I CAN LOGGIN INTO RELIANCE BRODBAND WEB PAGE..........I CALLED MORE THAN 30 TIMES......TODAY IS 16TH.........AND EVERY TIME I CALL THEM THEY R JUST KEEP ON SAYING........WE HAVE SEND A MAIL TO OUR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT ON A HIGH PROIORITY BASIS........AND UR PROBLEM IS SLOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.......AND THEY TOO MY 2 ALTERNARIVE NOS........THEY SAID THAT THEY GONNA CALL ME.......I DIDNT RECIEVE A SINGLE CALL FRM THEM......I FELLING SICK OF CALLING THEM.......NOW IAM POSTING THIS COMPLAINT FRM A CAFE.......TILL NOW THERE IS A SAME ANS WE WILL SOLVE UR PROBLEM AS SONN AS POSSIBLE......I TYHINK FOR THEM SOON MEANS MORE THAN A WEEK........I DONNO TILL HOW MANY DAYS THEY WILL TAKE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM
              Since i m using broadband service from Reliance Communication from past four months, i m facing frequent problem of losing network. Most of the time it takes 2-3 days to recover. Recently, when my network connection has lost, it has took ten days to solve this problem. From first day i.e from 17-jan-2008 i am pursuing about this problem with R-Care, and each time R-Care said that they are forwarding my complaint to higher priority to their technical group. But it seems that there is no control on their technical group.
              At last on 25-jan-2008 my network restarted again.
              Very thanks to R-Care and group for taking care of their customers.

              Reliance Broadband — Continious Disconnection,Poor Network speed and Poor Custmer service

              Iam Reliance Broadband Internet Cosumer, before taking the connection they promised 25KB/sec download, but iam getting 8 or 9KB/sec.
              One more problem is Continious disconnection/breakdown of network.
              For this they are charing 450 + 50 per landline. But they are not providing any Bill for this amount.

              Even if i give complaint on this no one is responding, i got connection after 10days, upto now i didn't get my account number or Subscriber ID, even i give complaints regarding this several time no one responded.
              I HAVE MYSELF TRIED TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AS THE BROADBAND CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING FOR PAST ALMOST 15 DAYS . THE CALL CENTRE EXECUTIVE ARE TO SAY THE LEAST UNTRAINED AND EXPECT TO MOUTH PLATITUDES LIKE WELCOME TO RELIANCE AND PLEASE WAIT OR WE HAVE REFERRED THE COMPLAINT TO OUR TECHNICAL DEPT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE FOR OVER 15 DAYS.

              Worst customer care service
              Since i m using broadband service from Reliance Communication from past 1 year, i m facing frequent problem of losing network. Most of the time it takes 4-5 days to recover. Recently, when my network connection has lost, it has not solve this problem. From first day i.e from 14-March-2008 i am pursuing about this problem with R-Care, and each time R-Care said that they are forwarding my complaint to higher priority to their technical team but this problem not solve till date.

              I am a member of Reliance Broadband Service for more then a year. I am having Frequent Disconnection problems with my connection from last 15 days. (March 7th 2008)

              I called Customer Care 20 times and registered almost 10 complints so far. I have even talked to Floor Manager 4 Times so far. My complaints is not solved yet. I asked them to transfer my call to someone above floor manager level but they said NO.

              They have closed all my complaints before even confirming with me. I am filing new complaint each day, and no one even care to responce to my complaint.

              My Internet get dissconnected every 15 min or 45 min. This company sux when it comes to customer care. They call you even before due date and ask to pay bills on time but when it comes to customer care, well they just don't care about their customers.

              I pay around 1100/- Rupees for 300 KBPS unlimited line.

              Is there any way to reach high level officers at Reliance Broadband so that they can look in to my complaint?

              Hi i have just switched to relience broadband but the company guys did the cable work and left, saying they will return in 2 days, now 4 days passed and they have not given me a call and the executive who got me the connection is not taking me call since 2 days, i went to their website but i got server error, so their own website is not working, the executive's name is asad and he works for relience, he had got me the relience connection.i always thought that relience services are good but i guess i might be wrong here.

              Dear Sir,

              I am broadband connection holder of your co. Mr. connection no. is[protected] and not functioning properly, since 15th June, 2008. Telephone apparatus provided by you is also for having the voice of your side and I can not even complaint for any problem in service.

              I contacted the Reliance web world situated at chowk Faizabad for a new postpaid land line phone connection for use of my office i.e. U.P. FINANCIAL CORPORATION FAIZABAD. The owner of the shop demanded me ID for which a letter from our employer alongwith cheque(CBS Branch) of required money have been sent. Now they are still to decide as whether they release connection to the deptt. or not? They are still demanding the photo for identity which is not possible being the Govt. Deptt./transferable job. Needless to mention our Bank A/C (Current & collection both) have been opened by the Bank without photo as well as the power connection too on the same pattern.
              We are surpirsed such slow services being rendered by them to whom you have given the load for expansion of your connection in eastern U.P.
              I shall be obliged if you please direct them to contact us soon and take decision immdiately so that we may contact other Cos. like Tata Indicom, Airtel etc.

              I have called up reliance customer care services for atleast 10 times and visited their office at worli twice and lodged a complaint related to my service for not working. They are not able to identify or either rectify the problem yet. The service from a company like Reliance is so pathetic which no one could expect.               I am also facing the same problem. I applied for Reliance Broadband on 29th May, 2008. Telephone instrument and modem was provided on 5th June, 2008 but the internet connection was not operationalised. I requested them many times to activate the internet connection but they did not activate it till 25 July. I got frustrated and requested them to disconnect the telephone and take away the modem and telephone instrument. I received a mail from the Reliance Broadband Customer Care that my the broadband connection has been disconnected. Yesterday I again received a mail from them saying that i have to pay the rental till the Broadband connection is disconnected and it normally takes about 15 days for processing the application.

              Although I have paid the bill, I have been receiving many calls from them for payment of the bill and these people are very rude in their behaviour.

              I have paid the earlier bill (though I was not provided the connection). I would like to know if I can go to consumer court if I receive a bill for the period after the disconnection of the bill.

              I am totally disappointed with the way you customer service and the organisation treat the customers.

              I had lauched a compaint on Aug 21st ref # 74323943 regarding change in plan. Now when I get the bill i understand that the plan is not changed. When i spoke to the customer care one Mr. Mojeeb told me that the plan cannot be changed, then why did they inform earlier that the plan woulbe be changed immediateley. Mr. Mojeeb is not even allowing me to talk to the concered person who can solve the issue for me.

              Relaince would call me to remind about the payment atleast 2-3 times in a month but dont even inform the customer about their status of the complaint. This clearly shows that concern is only to make money and not to provide any quality service for the money paid.

              I needed this plan to be changed as what was commited.

              Its really pathetic that Reliance commit certain things to their customer and does not deliver.

              I've had a worse expereince when my connection went down on Aug 21st, during the sam conversation i registered a complaint for this # 74324063. I got a response only afer 4 days on 25th. By then i called a local guy to fix the issue.               Reliance Broadnet — Stupid Customer Service

              Hi,

              I have paid my broadband charges on 18th May and till now my services are not resumed. When contacted customer service on 19th May, I was informed that I need to wait a full 24 hours after payment to lodge any complaint with respect to the resuming of services. I was GUARANTEED that the servcies would resume WITHIN 24 hours of payment.

              However, when the same didn't happen, I lodged a complaint on 19th Night with complain no 68856478 and was assured resuming of services in 4 hours. The same didn't happen again. Now that when I called up the cutsomer care and spoke to a person named Azhar, he told me that he will try his BEST to get me live again. When asked about timeline, the plain answer was " I cannot commit". When asked to connect to a senior person from his team, I was informed that there is a system where only he could talk to his superiors and he cannot make a customer talk to the seniors.

              With these Services, Reliance AIMS to be the best customer service provider ISP ?

              have given an application for new broadband connection to your repsantative hussain on[protected].i have applied for connection with static ip to your rep. he has given me a slip in writing that i will be provided static ip free in 1399/-monthly scheem. On[protected] your techinical peolpe have come to my site and fixed up a line /instrument and demonstrated that the system was working. the speed was 100kbps which ther said will improve to 600 kbps by 15th. I was suprised to note that ted data for my

On 25 when i spoke to your service department, ther informed me that i will be charged for static ip seprately rs 2000 per year. That means your rep cheated me and took rs 500/-from me stating that static ip will be provided .He has also given reliance slip on which he has written the same. his number he gave is [protected]. This number is getting no reply form[protected].
              Since your repsantative have cheated me i request you to either give me static ip address in 1399/-monthely package with a speed of 600kbps. or refund my five hundred and take back your instrument.

              Reliance Broadnet — Worst service and net is not working

              I've been using Reliance Broadnet from past one and half months. If anybody is planning to go for Reliance Broadnet, then I suggest them think twice.
              Some of the problems with Reliance Broadnet are
              1. It has the worst customer care personnel. If you give a complaint, they will close the issue without calling/informing you.
              2. I have 150 kbps plan. But, the maximum download speed I found til this date is 18 kbps and lowest was 248 bytes/sec(!!!). On an average it is 9-10 kbps.
              3. There is a lot of collection issue.
              4. If you call them, you will only these these two sentences : "Sorry for the inconvenience" and "It is your fault/problem/wish". They don't even have know to talk to others.
              5. The technicians don't even how to load the driver software(incredible guys!!!).
              6. Even if they don't give any service, they'll charge you the "service tax".

              Whatever may be the issues, when it comes the billing, Reliance is very punctual. Now I come to know why these Ambani brothers are reach.:-)

              I changed my home and requested for a shift of connection, now reliance has the most pathetic support system where they have a 7 day SLA and just close the ticket without informing the customer in case they exceed that. After a months wait, escalating the issue to three supervisors and three complaint numbers later I was told to register a new complaint with a brand new 7 day SLA. There supervisors completely suck and there assurances and all false.
              They really need to redefine there support structure and throw this new ticket and new SLA for every complaint registered out of the window, it really takes a lot for a guy like me to get pissed off so badly so they really need to pull up there socks and reorganize to survive competition. Why can't you just reopen the ticket that your stupid staff closes prematurely?
              I am definitely done with Reliance in this lifetime and dropping plans to buy there Big TV. I would warn everyone who ever thinks o[censored]sing any reliance products, there service and support suck BIG TIME!!! Go for airtel instead...unfortunately they don't have free ports in my building :(

              I have disconnected my reliance internet more than a year ago and have a written confirmation from them as well, Inspite of this they continue to send me a bill.

              I also have a reliance landline for which I do not receive bills regulary. Still, I go to the counter, find out the amount and pay the bill. Recently they have barred my landline without information even though I paid the bill on time before even receiving it. I have also called them up and asked them to discontinue their services as their service is extremely poor. Its been 6 days now and nothin has been done. When I called to follow up they are asking for further payment of Rs 500/- I donot understand why and they are also unable to explain. I want my line to be disconnected immediately

              Can a company acivate and charge the customer for the service which the customer has not subscribed and provided a wrong and complete mislead information by the customer care service which is careless about the issue when contacted, isn't this a crime and why shouldn't the company be sued. Caller tunes activated without my permission and charged for it, when called customer care provided me wrong information and had to call 7-8 times to register complaint and get resolved, but the amount was not credited to my account and when enquired about NDNC (DND) provided wrong information as against the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Policy shame on your sevice.
              I too have the same issue, however i would also like to add that Reliance is brilliant in making money using their innovative ways of billing the customers, even CA's will not be able to audir their biiling tactics. Just imagine, I had paid my last bill and an advance bill of a month's rental. There was a gap of 10 days during my payment and resuming of services. Guess what they did? They lowered the rental of those 10 days and even lowered the free data usage of around 3 GB. I continued downloading data as I was aware that I had paid an advance bill. They now sent me a bill...I am shocked to see. Please guys neware of Reliance. This company has simply not reached its zenith...There are many reasons like I explained one...

              I am Bharat Khatri from Jaipur. A gentleman named Iqbal from Reliance Broadnet came to me and told everything about broadband connection. He asked me to pay him Five Hundred Rupees on 30th of October for installation, and promised me that connection will be done by 3rd of November but days kept passing and i did not get any connection. I called him, he said it will take two more day but after that he stopped attending calls then i called him with my father's mobile he attended the call but had no excuse for not giving me the connection and he also gave me his seniors numbers but all assured me that i will get the connection within a few days but it has been more than one month but i am not taken seriously i feel that they are cheaters.
              One of my friends is also facing the same problem.
              That gentleman has also taken my residence ID and is not returning back which had promised me to.

              Welcome to Reliance Communications sold the customers a fake sim card no.[protected] on 14.11.2008, which was already registered in the name of some Rizwan Ahmed. Reliance Communications ltd. defrauded the customers by selling a fake Sim Card.The connection referred above was issued to two different customers at two different ID.Reliance in an attempt to hide this fradulant act issued another sim card no. [protected] on 19.11.2008, but failed to provide the connection and activate the sim even after a time gap of 23 days from the date of it's purchase.
              Anyone buying CDMA connection from Reliance Communications must be aware of such frauulant acts.

              Reliance Blackberry Services — Lousy Call Catre Support

              The call and mail facilities are not working since 1400hrs on 19 Dc 2008 and on repeated complaints the services have not been activated and all I get to hear from the Call Center is that its temporary problem.
              When asked the meaning of temporary Gaurav ( on 19th Dec 1410hrs) call center executives says "well it can stretch to a month too" .Well Hats off Anil Ambani I hope you are aware of this.
              Also late he mentions that there is a problem which is there in Delhi area but the same has been rectified at 1600hrs (and this is at 1610hrs when the problem still exists).
              When asked to direct the call to Supervisor / Senior supervisor or Manager it comes out at that time there is no supervisory staff managing the call center so its no surprise the executives speak in this high handed manner.
              Anil Ambani if you do get to read this hope you do not take it as just another trash complaint as ultimately the customer speaks

              Reliance Broadband — after cancellation sending bill

              i have disconnected my reliance broadband connection in the month of may reason being irregular connectivity and the customer care people not responding properly. inspite of several calls of taking their modem back they have not responded and i went personally on 23rd may and surrendered the modem and cables in abids, hyderabad office and after 2 months i get the bill from reliance broadband stating that u have not returned the modem and u need to pay one time charges of 1500 towards modem and inspite several compliants to customer care no one responed and now after 5 months they are sending me the notice for not paying the bills on time,
              can u help me what to do on this
              this is reg my tel i hv been frequently calling up the customer care on tel no [protected] and everytime they say it will be rectified in 48 hrs and now it is 10 days my pjone is still dead. i request the authorities to pls rectify my line immediately
              I fully agree..this perhaps the most pathetic connection one can think of.
              I had applied for Reliance Broadband connection last Wednesday. I cleared all my documents and had applied for your quarterly plan o[censored]nlimited download. However, your people after their commitment to install the connection latest by Monday, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, make horrible excuses (viz. unavailability of bandwidth, or equipment). I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their engineer will come. However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse). I deeply regret my association with your company and wish to get my cheque back ASAP.

              Secondly, when I tried calling Reliance customer care they did not provide me a solution rather than giving me the number of some Rafique Chitapuri (Phone No[protected] who never picks up the phone and another number of Mr. Kishore Salunkhe[protected] which is a false number.

              Reliance Broadband — Without Boardband Service/Connection, Bill are issued for payment

              I had applied for a Reliance Broadband (WY-MAX) connection on 22/10/2008. alongwith all the application I had submitted the required documents and a check for Rs.500/-. This check was cashed without installing the broadband connection.

              Apart from encashing the cheque which was issued as advance, Reliance has issued bill for the amount Rs.1039/- requiring me to pay the same, this clearly show how reliance is caring the customers/ doing the business.

              Even after the complaints and repeated calling the customer care service regarding this issue, Instead of looking into the issue, they have issued another bill today, requiring me to make the payment without providing the connection/service.

              Reliance Broadband — Unable to use the connection

              I Kaushik Dutta have an internet connection from Reliance Broadband and my subscriber id is[protected]. On 23rd Jan 2009 I received a call from the recovery department of Reliance stating that I owe them Rs3100 as payment. I told the person(some Prashant from Dickinson Road, Bangalore) that I have already made the payment and gave him the receipt number as well, however he gave a deaf ear and started using profanity.I spoke with customer service and they simply tell me not to entertain these calls.I told them that its really frustrating and they(Customer care) turned a deaf ear to me too.I am sick and tired of these kind of sad support and on the contrary I have not been able to use the internet for the last month.I lodged a complaint and have been promised a technician over three weeks and finally the tech appeared and he came unequipped and informs me that this issue cannot be resolved and why did I take Reliance and did not go for Tata Indicom as they have better coverage. I found it very ironical that it's a technician trained by reliance and he himself gives that verdict. I called customer service once again and was given a timeframe of 48 hours which is still not completed from their end and I really dont know how many days of Reliance broadband comprises of 48 hours. I have lost business and I have lost my pateince and thats why I as a consumer is seeking help. I dont want to pay for the service which I havent used atall and I am really frustrated with the complete episode. I would demand a compensation of 5 lakhs for loss of business as well as mental harrassment and would appreciate if this issue can be taken care of.

              Reliance — responsible service leading to discontinuation of services

              I purchased a new phone on 15th January 2009 in pune, from Sona Mobiles, Kalyani Nagar, tel:[protected]

              Details are as follows:

              1. reliance basic model with lifetime validity: 999/- Number:[protected]

              2. reliance to reliance free talktime voucher for 2000 mins free 1 month validity.

              The documents I submitted were:

              Driving liscence copy for address proof, photographs

              As I am new in the city, I needed local address proof, it took me till next Thursday ie. 22nd jan to obtain same and be duly submitted back to Sona Mobile. During this time my services were discontinued for lack of documents. Now after 3 weeks of purchasing new mobile and 2 weeks of submitting my documents, I’m left with an absolutely good for nothing mobile handset and no services.

              After more than hundred calls to the helpline, I’m left with no place to enquire/complain because they have no records of such number’s existence in the system. The validity for the 2000 min free talktime will be rendered useless by 15th of current month. So my total investment of rs 1489/- in this utterly incompetent mobile services has no returns and thus useless!

              Reliance Broadband — Being billed 13000Rs inspite of not using the internet. Also there is no other internet options coming up, other than reliance main page.

              I did the biggest mistake of choosing Reliance broadband. Initially I took unlimited connection for 2500 Rs per month, this was because I was operated and had to work from home for 1 month. after 1 month, I asked them to change the plan to 750 monthly rental, which did not happen. the sent me 2500 rs bill to for the next month, which i paid. again the next month they sent 2500, for which i contacted the customer care, telling them that i had changed the plan, and I now want to cancel the connection. next month again I get 2500 as my bill amount. again I called and this time they made changes to the bill amount to 750 per month. meanwhile during these 3 months, they had barred the internet connection for non payment of bill. which was fine from my end. After they made changes to the bill to 750 per month, I made 2 months payment at one shot.
              Then after 4 days I get a bill stating my bill amount is 13000Rs. This is absolutely not acceptable, since I have not used the internet at all. and they told me that my bill it so high. I called up the customer care again. and they tool my complaint and said they will inform to the billing department. later someone from the billing department called me and said, we cannot do anything here, since I did not call them up stating my internet connection was deactivated. so I will have to pay 13000. Any one will understand that if they dont make a payment, their connection will be deactivated. which I also understood and did not complain. But for not using the internet I cannot pay 13000. I feel im being harrassed. I need the justice here. I have gone through a lot of mental torture here.
              They are not even cancelling the connection, if I request. stating I first have to make payment. someone help for God's sake.
              you have been very coperative had i been in your shoes i would not paid a penny . Remeber these companies are even worse then ancient times money lenders . the more you shall bend the more they shall try and forse you .

              you donot have to pay just file a case against the reliance in the disct foroum consumer court . Just think you never recieved the bill legally they are at fault .

              I have applied for Reliance net connection on[protected] and paid 4716- for quarterly plan. my receipt number is [protected], the person named Satish has assured that I ll get the internet connection in 5 days but till now I didnt get status neither from that consultant nor from the concern persons. I called so many times to Satish([protected], [protected]) but that person is not at all responding properly and also spoken rudely. How you people are excusing such type of persons and keeping them in your service. Please try to provide best services to your customers and also dont loss your customers confidence. I really fedup in waiting for net connection and at end I decided to cancel my check.

              I think reliance broadband people have compromised quality for quantity. Whenever you complain at customer care they notes down the complain and promises that problems to be solved within 24 hours but you will have to multiply 24 hours with at least 3 to 4 times because if problem is not solved and if you contact again they will give you more 24 hours. I think some pundit have told them to follow up the procedure.
              I have a broadband internet connection in Surat. My billing period was 11th of Jan to 10 Th of February. I should have received my bill by 13th or 14th of February (still not received). My connection was disconnected and when i called customer care they told that you have used above credit limit, I made full payments as on 13 Feb 09 at 1 p.m but even after 36 hours at 12.30 a.m as on 15-02-9 no service restored. I have called customer care 3 times but they just keeps on forwarding request. I sent a email on there service assurance cell but no reply received even after 12 hours. I am fed up and may plan to change other connection on Monday, I think they do not care for customers.

              Reliance Broadband — Paid twice but connection not installed

              Dear Sir/Madam

              This is to bring to your attention that I had applied for a broadband connection ( Reliance Agents Insisted on taking connection ) September 2008 at my residence . for that I paid 500/- Via check which cleared on 1st October 2008 .. and even after lots of follow ups the connection could not be installed ..I was assured that amount will be refunded by the company ..but nothing happened ..
              ( I don’t have application number and agent name for this incident )

              In January 2009, Agent from your Kanpur office came and promised the connection will be installed within a week and old amount will be refunded .. I again trusted his face Value and gave another cheque of Rs 500/- which cleared on 2nd February .. and again even after lots of follow ups the connection could not be installed ..they ( agents ) don’t even pick my phone now .               Please can some action be taken in this case .. or should I keep on giving cheks .. if nothing can be done why agents pick up applications from the customers .. and how can I take my money back with applicable Interest .

              These incidents forced me not to buy two leased lines and PRI lines for my company which Reliance Enterprise sales team was working with me .

              I have been calling customer care past 8 days. Everytime I call, I am given a complaint number and when I follow up, the customer service executives say that the complaint has been closed. I have 9 different complaint numbers and everyday I am given assurances that technician is coming to check, but no one turns up. No one is following it up and no one actually is doing any work except give out new complaint numbers everyday. I am so fed up that I have ended the connection, not that they care. They are least bothered and most willingly give you, another termination number...               Negligency in handling customer complaints: I have USB braodband connnection, for which I paid 3500/- and for the same I didn't get any receipt. Since last 15 days I am doing followup with customer care, but still I din't get any satisfactory answer even no one think to visit my place for check the actual problem. Now they are even not replying to my mail. I really very very disoppinted by this service and never been seen such a response from any service provider.

              Reliance Broadband — Worst billing, money minded, Reliance Broadband,

              I am a Reliance Broadband customer and have been using Reliance Broadband connection for last one and off year. I have been faced a lot of problems ever since I got my Reliance Broadband connection (18 months) started. I have given lot of complaints no action from there END for 6 months since they are new into the market.



              Issue is server down, signal week authentication failed, poor billing system. I paid my Reliance Broadband bill always in a prompt fashion despite these problems every time. Of late, I felt that, the problems with Reliance Broadband are not getting sorted out permanently so that it is better to switch over to other vendor connection. I approached Customer Care executives for necessary directions and they in turn told me that there is no problem for stopping connection, took compliant to r=terminate the connection in December, after one month ( Jan) they send bill with 1150 Rs.

              After 10 days customer care executive called me on Mobil, Sir you one month bill pending please pay that amount we will disconnect internet Account so that you will not receive next month Bill.

              I paid without using Internet, next month they send bill amount of 1150, the same executive called me sir bill ?, I said I will not pay since I’m not using internet as well as I mentioned that I requested you to terminate the connection even thou, you are sending every month this not the way.
              Next month also send with two months amount, third month too, executive call sir Bill, I spoke to her very clearly I ‘m not using, I have not used your Internet why should I pay your bill for three months? She replayed sir pay this we will disconnect the internet.

              I lost my patience and shouted on her, the next day Reliance has send lawyer notice to pay the amount. If not they will send the re-covey agents to collect the amount of 3, 900. This is what the Reliance Broadband.

                  I took reliance GSM prepaid connection 10 months back, I didn't use it for sometime, from November 2009 I've started using it,spent about Rs. 140 for pay per call service and topup. after 20 days it got disconnected and shows invalid SIM. When I called customer care they directed me to reliance mobile store. When I visited reliance mobile store they told me to contact customer care, It's a back and forth within their customer care centres.
                  Please help me in this regard to get my connection activated.

                    I would like to inform you that I registered a complain to reliance customer care regarding network problem complain no.[protected] , after that I registered a complain no 11504702 Reliance customer care officer says your problem solved before 6 P.M, When my problem not short out after that once again I call 10:15 P.M. to customer care center I talk with Mr.Jeetu Thomas .Mr,Jeetu Thomas was saying this problem solved 11:30 P.M. but when I saw the problem is same after that Once again I call customer care center time 01:20 on date 13/Dec/2009 My phone received customer care officer Mr. Anand Surbhay I share my problem with Mr .Anand Surbhay after that Mr.Anand Surbhay angry and he use lot of abouse word to me and he says You are U.P.Bhaya and you are very fool person once again he abused me and disconnect the phone. After that once again I call customer care centre for Mr.Anil surbhay complain Customer care immediately disconnects my phone.

                    Sir,I request you kindly Take necessary action and inform to me.
                    Looking this matter every U.P.person disconceted Reliance Phone .If not Possible wait and not recharge single ruppes value and when com new Service Provider transfer scehme transfer another service provider
                    Please tell me why did cut my balance from GSM sim card ([protected])?It have to be two times why it is so.I have recharge with Rs.100 on 23/12/2009 but after two days without any call I have got Rs.85 but in its should be Rs.90

                      I am holding card no[protected] of RELIANCE ONE whenever I ask for credit against my points collected on purchases so for the store people tell me that there is some problem about my date of birth and donot give credit against purchases already done by me.Kindly sort out under intimation to me.
                      Reliance One call center calls to toll free no as well as std no provided behind the card are never accessable.
                      By this way customers are deprived of their points .Neither your customer care exe at hypermart or supermart is helpful in this regard.They advice to contact call center which never gets connects inspite of several attempts.It seems it is deliberately designed to function like that so that crores of transactions doesnot entitle any points.It is only designed to fool people.

                        I've been an existing customer for Reliance netconnect. have gone through all the reviews here. N now share the same plight as alot of their customers facing. I had a bill shock of my life when they sent me a bill for 14000/- instead of the 900/- monthyl charges promised. There have been sevreal complaints taken - However, had to follow it up with so many people since oct'09. It's still unresolved. My credit limit was only 3000/- & got a bill for 14000/- My usage was continously monitored by me & thus reliance recalculated the bills & brought it to 3910/- i explained them my usage was low & i never would have closed down on my cr limit. If i can highlight this to alot of people & if we can highligh the same in media...News Channel it would be great. I'm still awaiting a callback from a manager over a weeek now. Please help me with mr. anil Ambani email address. I know he would step forward n help.

                          I have rendered for a postpaid connection of reliance communication in june 2009........soon there were network problems,,, repeated complaints were done but the situation get worst.
                          Then they disconnected my outgoing due to some arbitatory rules of thier companies internal policy.......even after registering the complaint way back i have not received a satisfactory answer till date.

                          As i have just joined a premier bank at that time and was busy with the training..... i have deligated the authority to talk on my behalf to my best friend and also a patent attorney who is residing in delhi.

                          As i m a professional and from outsider to WEst Bengal i m not finding enough time to visit to the court........

He placed a complaint stating that his number was not reachable while he was in coverage area. After placing the complaint and receiving the assurance from your executive, nothing happened. He took his wife to Kolkata and she is totally new to the place. One day she was there in a school for an exam and he went to watch a movie and it was decided that she will call him up as soon as exam is over, you know what happened next? He finished the movie without receiving a call and his wife was totally unable to call him because of the Great Network and Great Services of Reliance. And he was in coverage area you know? Now the trauma he has faced for this incident is not explainable in words. Is there any compensation you can ever pay.




                          He has received a monthly bill, so I have to say he is not going to pay a single penny for the same. Whatever is due on his part please deduct the same from the claimed compensation amount and make payments of the remaining amount. For your information the connection is still activate and he is receiving incoming calls while I have mentioned in my previous mail that the agreement between him and reliance has been revoked by him and he has placed the request for the same with your customer care.




                          Please take action on the complaint at the earliest and make payments of the compensation amount, also disconnect the connection immediately. Looking forward to your response soon and I have not received anything from your side as you said that you will response in next two days.

                          I am writing this mail pursuant to my client's complaint and then disconnection of his outgoing facility. My client's name is Nitin Sain, his mobile number is [protected] and he is a manager with an esteemed bank. He made a complaint on 10th of June stating a problem with network, complaint number is[protected]. The executive made a promise stating that it will be resolved within 24 hours but nothing happened. He again made a complaint on 15th of June, complaint number is[protected]. This time one of the senior member from your team spoke to him and made same promise that they will resolve it in 24 hours but nothing happened again. Now for a manager in bank you can understand what is requirement of a cell phone as he is a person of responsibility. Providing inefficient services is "deficiency of services" and my client wants INR 1000 per day for term of connection as compensation. If you have any dues towards him kindly deduct the same from calculated amount and make payments of rest of the amount as compensation.
                          My client wants a disconnection immediately, now as per your web world executives if one needs to make payment it can be done on any web world but if you want disconnection you have to go to concerned web world only, also you don't take requests of disconnection on helpline number. Is this some kind of joke or you guys are smarter than others. This is perfectly a contract between you and customer and according to law of contracts it can be revoked anytime. Only requirement is proper channel of communication and if he has communicated over phone it is a fair mode of communication. If payment can be made on any web world then such notices must be accepted in the same manner. Kindly disconnect the number immediately, otherwise we are going to claim for longer period.
                          I request you to make payments of the compensation and disconnection of the services immediately. If you are going to bring another argument that he signed on the agreement after reading everything let me explain "does any of the dealers ask the customer to read and sign? they just ask to sign." Secondly he should have a copy of the agreement which should have been provided at the time he signed the agreement and connection was provided. I am quite aware he was not provided with a copy of the agreement which goes against you.
                          I am sending this email in capacity of legal notice. Expecting your prompt response on both the issues.

                            The Reliance executive named Sachin who works under a Reliance Area Sales Manager named Yogesh Tiwari. He(Sachin) has collected 3000(Modem cost)and required documents from me but has delivered the modem to me that is not activated and I have tried to contact these guys many times but they are not picking my call.

                            Sachin has sold me the piece saying that it will be activated in 3 hours but 3 days have past and it was a gimick to achieve monthend sales target. Sachin did not give me acknowledgement or application receipt as well.

                            I am in India for just 10 days and wanted to complete important work that was all made waste due to unethical business techniques of Reliance.

                              I have opted for Reliance Broadband connection & submitted all relevant documents on 17th Nov 2009.
                              I have paid 500 via cheque in the name of Reliance Communications on 17th Nov & the cheque was credited from my account on 25/11/2009.
                              On 18th Nov address verification was done & Reliance Sales team told that connection would be provided to me within 7 businness days.
                              I have been calling the custome care n number of times & have not received any response.The customer care informs that the case is with the installation team.There is no way I can communicate with the installation team & the number provided by customer care to reach the top officials for next escalation does not work.
                              I have emailed a couple of times to the customer care but they are still working on the same.
                              I just want to check that without doing the installation how can Reliance deduct the money from my account & till date i'm without the internet connection.

                                I am using Reliance prepaid connection I keep getting SMS regarding subscribing for songs but I have never subscribed for the same. But still reliance has deducted 30 Rs at least 4 times from my account and evary tines I send SMS for unsubscribing for CRBT services and I got SMS from reliance itself still they dedcuted money again.

                                Pls suggest what to do to get my money back.

                                  my name is sanjay l. patel. i am using reliance CDMA prepaid service.
                                  on 5/12/09 I was recharge 25Rs. sms pack from reliance communication-surendranagar(gujarat). but I get very poor service bcoz some time message was sent but most of time I cant got free message.when I was complain in custemar care they always told me that "currently we are not able to check your message detail so call letter". on 5/12/09 I was also recharge my account by 20Rs. but when I was send message my main balance was deduct.when I complain in custemer care they cant register my complain.right now I cant get free message and my balance after 4days...

                                    I want to know how you round off your bill at Reliance fresh retail stores.

                                    When your staff made bill, they round off bill amount up to next Rupee. for example i m written down detail of a bill of your Reliance fresh, Shastri Park, Chander Nagar, Delhi

                                    bill no. is:
                                    C1009 #0281 18:43:15 5DEC2009
                                    CARD no. [protected]
                                    actual Bill amount is Rs. 55.08
                                    rounding by Rs. +0.48 instead of -0.08 and took Rs. 56/- from me. as you know they did not refund 50 paisa

                                    please look about this matter and take necessity action..

My sim was activated after 2 days, then agin it was deactivated due to some problem in ID clearence. then I call to customer care they told me that your number is terminated and advice me to go relince communication centre in greater noida, from that time i have submitted the Id proff aroud 3-4 times. the person present in that store told me that if you brought that sim from our store then we activate the sim and they refuse us. My reliance cell no. is [protected], and it having some money and tariif plans also. please advice me to what to do.
