Hi Sir/Madam,

I have stop counting reminders it really does not matter anymore!!! I think.
After several complaints there has still no action on your part. Please find the attachement letter which was send to you. Please note that there were several engineers vistied my place and they seem to find out an issue. But still we landed to disatisfaction because of no action. And it is almost been 3 years and we still trust the false promises been given to us. Please take care of this issue in a priorty. Your necessary actions will create a satisfied customer.
Will i get a false rpomise again or this would be done in a professional manner and have a resolution for sure.

    I have one Reliance Smart GSM lifetime mobile phone connection in the West Bengal Circle.
    I receive unwanted commercial machine-generated calls from these numbers: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], and [protected].
    Please help me to get relief from this disturbance.

    Reliance smart service — unwanted calls

    Dear Sirs,
    Unwanted calls ( advertisementes) are coming to my number so frequently from certain reliance numbers causing a serious disturbance in my office work. I have requested the customer care on [protected] for a solution. But, it is unfortunate that they expressed their inability to stop these unwanted calles.Only they requested them not to make any further calles. But all in vain. It is unfortunate that the staff of the customer care are reluctant to talk with me on the issue.Now I am tired of these calls. I am a customer of relience smart since last 10 years. Now I have no option but to stop using reliance service. My no. is [protected]. Hope the officers of customer care unit sholud be advised to keep patience to listen the problems of an old customer like me and my problem should be taken care.

    Reliance India Mobile — Unwanted Commercial calls at odd hours

    excessive commercial call and spcially at odd hours and frequency of calls is very high.7-8 commercial calls a day is beyond the servce standard.kindly stop it else will be help to withdraw services.
    i am getting disturb from the number([protected]) which is a unknown number so i want to know this number's owner name.

    From last 2 weeks daily I am getting more than 7 calls from some advertisements and more than 8 sms for the same...even I have send a sms to " START DND" to 1909 but even then also reliance gsm were failed to stop this service or may be they don't want to stop. I have talked to many of their customer care but all the time they are giving fake assurance that it will be deactivate in few days.
    yesterday I had made a call to one of their customer care whose name was "MAITREE" AT 02:58:25 PM ON 22 FEB 09 she has said that on 30th day( w.r.t. the day on which i have given a request sms of DND ) i will not going to get not a single sms or call from advertisements...
    if anybody can tell me their complaint cell, so that i can write them a complaint about it.

    reliance gsm smart don't want to entertain their customer. if it is so then soon i will definitely give up this connection and forced to switch over to some other opertator.

      sale number kar dete behnchod bhonsdiwala ambani apni gaand toilet paper bachane ke chakkar mein customers ki ID se saf karta hai latrin aur apni gaand ki khujli mitane ko gaand mein dal leta hai

        Please note, I have atatched the email correspondence with the reliance mobile nodeal officer and please look at the way how they are responding for my complaint - for charging extra amount for the second month they are responding that i have agrred that the charges are charged fair by them ( infact i have recorded the conversation- where i'm not accepting to the records whgich they have provided)

        Please let me kow whether i can raise to anyone to make sure that atleast in future the same treatment is not given to any customer.

        Please note, I have taken two reliance connections ([protected] & [protected]) and the I was charged excess amount or 350 in the month os august and the same was reversed when I raised the issue (the same is recorded in your system too)

        In the month of December (November bill) I have again raised the issue for charging me excess amount of INR 300Plus again. The compliant was booked & raised via the subjected number.

        I was given a call track saying that I have made a call to 3 numbers.[protected], 51234244 & 5123488) I have never ever called these numbers or used the reliance phone for any other services except making calls.

        Please arrange to reverse the charges which has been charged to be by mistake, thanks.

          Hi,

          I am vishwanath. I took a reliance gsm sim on 17/01/2009 at basaveshwarnagar, bangalore - karnataka. it got activated only on 21/01/2009 around 4 p.m.The number is [protected]. But the offer in which i took the sim(Cep or customer experience pack) states that " you need to recharge with 50 rs within 48 hrs of activation to avail 5 rs everyday till 3 months and at night 11-6 reliance to reliance free calls". When i contacted the retailer where i purchased the sim, he told me that he had recharged on 21/01/2009 with 50 rs to my number and even showed me the message which he had sent, but till now the amount has not been credited to my account. I even called up the customer care but got with a shabby response stating that there is a problem with their new network.

          It looks so funny that it takes more than 2 days for reliance comp to credit 50 rs in my account whereas (Airtel Vodafone BSNL) others just happen in 2 seconds. Cheap tactics by them to cheat people.

          The offer was (25 rs sim + 24 rs activation charges + 50 rs recharge for availing promotional offer, so totally 99 rs)

          At the end it was me who was cheated of Rs 100 by reliance company. This looks like a big fraud to cheat INDIANS by so called INDIA's largest telephone service provider.There are 1000's of them like me who have been cheated by reliance telecom. Will proper action be taken by any regulatory agencies to stop a fraud which can cheat customers all in front of their eyes.

          Its my sincere advice for all INDIANS not to go for RELIANCE TELECOMS services.

          its compleatly false what Mr.Vishwanath had said may be he got the problem as may be he did the recharge before activation of the sim but there is nothing like that even i took the same sim and i got my balence iam and using it its very nice very very nice we can use the daily upgrade of the talk time and even i the free talk time between 11 to 6 thats great
          iam really happy with it and iam sure u will be compleatly satisfied with it iam sure

            I am Pradnya Bhutada very regretful to say that I opted reliance broadband Wi-Max connection instead of other available in the market. I had taken 1 MB infinite plan before few weeks.

            From the day one, I have been facing slow connectivity problem (Surprisingly as low as 50-200 KBPS) and frequent disconnection. Despite of regular complaints on the call centre and repeated 24/48 hours solution resolution, my problem never got rectified. Although I had a word with Call centre executive for at least 50-60 times, floor supervisor for 7-10 times and Team Leader for 2 times too, but unfortunately none of them helped me.

            Reliance Broadband Services — No connection for last 7 months

            We have taken the connection on 2007, september but still now there is no connection . We are not getting any bills for that also.
            We are trying to dissconnect their services but they are not taking any action upon that.Every time we are calling them they are simply giving a date for the dissconnection.But no action has been taken yet.

            I have had reliance broadnet connection for an year now and my woes with the service started when I terminated the connection in April 2009. I still continued getting bills for May and June. I called up customer service and I got the update that for cancelling the telephone line there needs to be a separate request that needs to be logged. Post paying the remaining amount and getting my account ACTIVE I went ahead and called them up for cancellation of the said phone number. They informed me that the phone connection would be terminated and everything would be done to ensure that I do not get any more bills from Reliance henceforth. To my surprise I got a bill just minutes back. I have logged one more complaint to have the connection terminated. My cup of woes overfloweth! I am attaching the mail trail with Reliance!

            I would need to know what you mean by FLP MODEM IAD. I have the modem and the i have the telephone IN THE SAME CONDITION that they were given to me. Additionally I would like to know if your organizations modus operandi to fleece customers has been to keep them not informed on the process for termination of a connection when there are 2 cases which need to be raised. THIS WAS NOT COMMUNICATED TO ME when i cancelled the broadband after paying an amount for the necessary closure in March.
            Such behavior is intolerable from an organization of the stature of Reliance. I would make this a consistent point in all forums and all customer redressal forums regarding the pathetic service by Reliance. This is not regarding the payment of 180. This is regarding keeping a customer in the dark regarding wierd policies wherein a broadband connection (RJ11) termination is not linked to the telephone line!
            I would need an apology and reversal of all charges immediately. Additionally I would want one of your engineers to come and pick up the handset and modem immediately.

            Hello,

            I wanted a broadband connection to my home i met one of the feild representatives who's name is Mohan and his cell # [protected] and as per his verbal commitment the Broadband service will be installed with in 3 days. I issue him a currentdated Cheque form SBI Bank on the 29th of August. Later i recived a all from him stating that there is a server issue and my connection will be installed by tuesday of next week i.e 3rd.I said ok and later i called him on the 3rd for the same and he told me that it will be installed 100% on friday. Now today is Saturday and there is no serivice installed. I personally made a trip to the local broadband office and for my surprise they say that there is no server issue and they dont have Fiber Cables to lay form the junction box to the customer's house.There are about 350 customers with the same complaints.My next question is what was going on i get two different replies. I dont know what is going on still and i called Mr.Mohan back and now he says its going to take till Monday next week.ie on the 7th of september.I called the customer service several times and they say they can only send emails regarding my issue. My issue is still not solved as of this date. I recon that these people are just Buch of Liers. kindly advice what can be done next.I hope Mr Ambani does not face the same Installation Issue.

            i have been using the relaince broadband services since jan 21,2011...when i purchase this product ..the executive offered a relaince sim card for its mobile phone services..which was free of cost;; he was given all the necessary document needed for the same..like i-card.residence proof..

            My name is Pankaj Tyagi. I had applied for a Reliance Broadband services around 3 years back. One person named Rakesh from Reliance came to my house and explained the scheme and told me to pay just 500 for the instrument, which will be refundable. They came the next day and installed the connection and at that moment it was working. But since last Sept 2010, it stopped working. I made numerous calls to the customer care, attended by different people. No one bothered to come home and check the connections. After one week of futile effort, I made calls to them to disconnect their services. This was also left unheard.

            At the end of the month comes their bill asking me to pay Rs. I260!! I called them again and told them I cannot pay the bill since I have not used their services even for 5 minutes. They kept promising me that they will take necessary action and they will forward the issue to the billing department. Still for almost 2 months and more I continued getting calls regarding my outstanding and i kep repeating my story again and again.. it was the heights of mental harassment.

            But I feeling cheat and such a mental torture by a so called reputed company..I will request every one who happens to read this forum to pleeeeeeeeeese not take any connections from Reliance..if you want mental peace.

            Since I have not written them any request letters by mail or post, i do not have any proofs of the requests that I have made, other than the transaction IDs. Please let me know if there is any way I can fight.. It is not only about the money.. but people should not be cheated like this..

              I was disconnected the connection seven month before.And they send me a bill on november amount of rs. 2275, and i complaned to the costomer care that they are no one came there to collect the inistrument from there side.And after some day i recive a cort notice from reliance brodband that the amount is due to me, they dont clear the due is for what?
              But i go there and talk to the authorised representative he charg me a amount of rs.200. And wright on the receipt that {full & final pement taken }.

                As a responsible consumer in Reliance broadband in Ahmedabad; i was availing the Rs 299 per month plan with 1gb download/upload scheme and extra usage would be .90 rs per mb. We started getting inflated bills withing 2 months but we paid the bills in time. Then the usage meter on its website wouldn't show the correct and recent readings and all of a suddent they would show that our usage has changed by 300-400 mb in 3 days!!! We had a deadline to pay the bill of September of Rs 1500 by October 27th. But they disconnected our broadband lines before October 20. We tried to conatct the call center guys and their authorities but never did a positive response come. So we disconnected the line and joined BSNL Broadband H500c plan. Our usage has increased but never we have to pay more than the prescribed limit.

                Now the R.Com have sent us threatening letter of sueing us if we didin't pay Rs 3000 and 1000 for their lawyer withing 48 hrs of receipt of letter.
                Shame on R.Com broadband. Is anil Ambani listening

                  I have been ceaselessly complaining about the following 2 issues:

                  1) Network problems indoor at my residence
                  a. There have been multiple complaints regarding the same
                  b. This problem was started ever since a new mobile tower was installed at Laxmiben Chedda marg, Opp Petrol Pump, Nalasopara West.
                  2) Unsolicited calls on my cell numbers despite being registered for DND
                  a. These calls have reduced a lot however the flouting is done by reliance either reliance web world or other local reliance affiliates most of the time.
                  b. The numbers that I have are [protected] and [protected] (both are registered with DND services)

                  Please look into both the matters as it is high time and I have lost the patience to keep calling the customer care and being given false promises always.

                    I had a problem with Broadband Internet connection since Saturday (17th Jan 2009), I promptly called Customer care and registered a complaint with them, however my issue was not resolved till I had to involve Mr. Neeraj Mittal (From Sales Team) who helped in speeding the response from the technical team. It still took 3 days for the issue to be resolve (the engineer finally came on Tuesday 20th Jan 2009).

                    Today (21st Jan 2009) I’m facing a severe drop in the bandwidth, and when I contacted Customer care regarding the same, I was informed there was a network outage and would be rectified by 3 PM, it is now 3:30 PM and still I’m receiving 6-12 kbps speed.

                    This is of grave when considered in the light that we – the consumers, are bombarded with irrelevant calls and SMS’s from Reliance concerning new promotions and offerings despite being registered for DND, why can’t Reliance inform the Customers of the technical difficulties being faced by them, we’d be glad to cooperate if informed in a timely manner, else it is obvious for the consumer to be irate at the services being offered.

                    Please look into the matter and help resolve the issue speedily.

                    I am applied for the reliance wimax broadband connection.At that time i paid Rs.500/-for the instalation charges, but due to feasebily (connetivity )problem they didn't install or didn't provide the wimax broadband connection to me .It is happen on 12-feb-2008 . I asked about this to customer care several times, but they didn't rerspond for my problem.can you any one give any suggestion. I am a student come from a middle class family.
                    I need suggestion for this and how can i get that Rs.500/- money

                    I have submitted a cheque of Rs 500/- to install broad band and telephone system (Rs. 650 PM +150 Calls) to Reliance authority through Mr. Ashish working in Reliance as employ at my residence C-8, 255 Yamuna Vihar Delhi-53 on 28.05.09. Consequently all the required system installed at my residence and telephone No. 30529137 started functioning w.e.f 01.06.09. But the Broad band/Internet System has not started functioning till now i.e. 09.06.09 despite requesting helpline of Reliance and Mr. Rudra Pratap Singh Delhi Executive head (Telephone No.[protected] and Mr. Deepak (ph no [protected]) who installed the system. Kindly do the work on priority basis or if not possible then disconnect the system so I may able to shift my idea to other agency.

                    I am used one Reliance Aircard before one year and Surrendered that number. Now i want to use my card.
                    I went to customer care and activate recharged for Rs.1000. But not yet worked. Then again in customer they told old number is not working so they activate in NEW number for Rs.100. but this also not worked.

                    So in reliance customer they say wait for a day. we filed complaint in mumbai office. It is also no use.

                    Then how can we use my card now. We buyed for Rs.2500/=. kindly help us to do so.

                      I had a complaint against Reliance Customer Care Executive who had taken my call at 8:05 pm dt[protected] & 8:19 pm Dt[protected]. regarding my number not recharged but balance deducted from my bank account at 6:05 pm[protected] fo Rs 496/-. Still i hadn't recieved the confirmation SMS which i usually get after recharge. I went for complaint regarding the same. But CCE, who picked my call at 8:05 to 8:12pm has told me that system updation is going on and kindly after fifteen minute which was showing that he wasn't even interested to tackle my complaint. & after having permission he put my call on hold & disconnected later on. I dialled again but it's repeated again with me.

                      I want to know why it has happend with me. While i am using Reliance Mobile from its begining in INDIA.

                      So, Kindly Resolve my Problem as soon as possible and force them to punish those people who is really Guilty for this. Because this make bad impact on Customer. Specially on those who really an admirer for that product .

                        Every month I get my PREPAID Reliance Data Card rechareged for Rs.404/- and I get Rs.359.56 as an access value. This I have been doing for the past 6-7 months. But on 08.01.09 when I got it recharged, I got only Rs.7.56 as an access Value. When I complained this to Reliance Helpline at *333 vide my complaint No.85518348 Dt.10.01.09, they admitted the mistake and assured that my complaint will be addressed within 2 days. When this not happened till 13.01.09, again I approached them and since then on daily basis I get same reply of "Our server is down and it will take another 2 days." This I have been told for the past 7 days. Now I am ashamed to be associated with Reliance.
                        SHOULD I HOPE JUSTICE WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME AT THE EARLIEST?

                        I m having prepaid datacard . I recharged Rs. 1099 for one month unlimited excessing and downloading.I get Rs. 996.37 as an access value.                         I am having prepaid data card, every time i have to recharge by paying cash at weborld showroom. Is it posible for me to recharge it through credit card.
                        I had post paid connection of Reliance 1X datacard, which has been misplaced in July end 2009. For the same i have already been talking to Call centre and having correspondence on emails, but till date bill is generated every month without ant usage.

                        August month bill also shows usage of 30 minutes time, which is surprising and is not yet replied to by RELIANCE.

                        Best service is MTNL broadband to overcome these private service provider cheats
                        the same thing happened with me.on 4th jan 2010 i was unable to connect to the internet on enquiring i was told that i have a negative balance, so i recharged with Rs. 200 easy recharge but i got a balance of Rs. 2.32 only so i recharged again Rs. 200. on calling the customer care i was told that my balance was Rs.105.74. So i lodged a complain and was told that balance would be credited in next 72 hours. today when i called them they say my main balance is Rs 105.74 and netconnect balance is 50 hours which is to be used within 11th jan 2010. i told them how can this be possible since i am having a life time connection so all these last day of validity is irrelevant.When i took the connection i was told that the recharge would be just like a mobile recharge and i will get the balance by whatever recharge value i use.

                        today i regret my decision o[censored]sing reliance netconnect and this is truly miserable of such big a company.they should have proper transparency in telling the terms of the connections.

                        I have donr that mistake. so wanted to save others.

                        when my credit limit is 3600-00, with out any info.your people disconnected my net access and now the bill is generated for 1918-00.

                        i have great loyalty towards reliance and hence i approched your stores for help.as they told me they are helpless till first week,i am lodging a complaint here.

                          I am a Reliance Mobile user.Since a month I started receiving a call at 7 in the morning.When I called reliance customer care they asked me to activate Do Not Disturb which will take 45 days to activate. I told them I am getting disturbed every day in the morning but they told it is some some government regulation that it can be deactivated only after 45 days.

                          This month I received a message FROM 51234 number saying

                          Dear Customer,

                          Ur Subscription to Prayer Alarm Pack is due for renewal.You will be charged Rs.30 on[protected]. To Deactivate call 51234863.


                          What is this Prayer Alarm Pack.. and who asked to activate it. I got no clue. I never sent any SMS to Reliance to activate this and never did I request any Reliance Outlet to activate.

                          When I reach the customer service they told that it might have got activated by mistake.. !!! How !!!

                          I have asked the ways it can get activated and they told it is by SMS or a request that we give at a Reliance outlet which I havent done. Then How !!!


                          They have already deducted 30 rs from my balance when it got activated without my knowledge and it now it renewal time.

                          A mistake !! which activates VAS pack for customers without their knowledge and deducts 30 rs from their account.

                          For how many customers did this mistake happened. a 1000, 2000 or lakhs.

                          Let us say for a minumum 1 lakh customers if they do this it is straight away 30 lakhs in one month.. A mistake a company does can earn 30 lakhs for them... Then it is too good to do a mistake which actually earns money for the company.

                          1 Lakh customers is nothing. Reliance has got customers much more than lakhs which we can count in fingers. Then just calculate how GOOD this mistake is.


                          When I contacted customer care after lodging the complaint the girl who lifted the phone said no you can't get the money back you have sent an SMS for activation and she is not even interested to listen anything else.

                          I have reached since 16th January 5 times and 4 times the call got disconnected when I was actually trying to talk. when I ask the executives they say they actually can't disconnect the phones. Then how the hell the call gets disconnected when the conversation is not over...



                          I am completely FRUSTRATED with the service the Reliance is offering and soon will be moving... The bloody hell with Relaince.

                          We get sucked by those free or cheap phone rates.. and ultimately land up with fatter and bigger bills and to top it all we get FREE STRESS...

                          Three choices we have..
                          1. Continue and suffer
                          2. Switch to services of more reputed companies.. don't forget to spread the word.. :) (I did this)
                          3. Send letters to TRAI to bring in Number Portability so you can follow the 2nd Option

                          I don’t know whether this is the right place to complain or not, if not then
                          forward me to the right person if possible.

                          This no. is activated for life time connection, recently I had top up of rs. 200/-
                          In this number and got approx Rs. 185/- as a balance after that to my surprise
                          they activated VAS packs first of all Astro pack and deducted rs. 30/- against
                          they I requested to inactivate it again after some days I found that they activated
                          another VAS pack as LOVE guru and again the same story.

                          I believe this is a normal practice of stealing clients money this way and I had experienced
                          The same in past on my different reliance number.

                            Re Reliance Monthly Bill Invoice Number :[protected]

                            I have surrendered Reliance Broadband service long back. The modem and instrument has already been collected by their representative. Bill for the period which I used their service has been paid. Reliance is still sending me bills and recently sent me a notice for non-payment.

                            My internet service was not working since July 18th 2008. I lodged several compalints but nobody attended. Finally I got frustrated and asked them to terminate the services through email. I have paid my bill for the month of July. however Reliance is still sending bills and now they have sent a notice for non-payment. I asked them to send a bill for the period I have used their services to which they have not replied and sent a notice for non-payment.

                            First of all because of non-service I have suffered losses and now they send bills for non-payment for the services which was not available.

                            I earnestly request you to kindly take up the matter with the appropriate authorities.

                              As I mentioned in my earleir complain that after installation of land line at my home, I was not working whenever electric light was off at home. However, I was not able to call or receive any call, and I complain several times in Customer care but they only listen but did nothing. After some times they cut my teleline without any information. When Last week I complain about them here some one from relience office Ms. Neha called me and said if you can deposite Rs. 368 my phone will again start working, however, last week I deposited that amount but so for its not working, whenever, I called them they do not give the reply properly, now I wish to disconnect my land line and want my deposit money back.

                              We, KEEMPL alloy casting manufacturer, are having a Relience land-line no. +[protected] installed at our office at 224 A. J. C. Bose Road, Kolkata 700 017. We have seen lots of bogus things, who have come to earth by default and lost their existence by default, but never seen a worst net-work like RELIENCE. May be Dhirubhai's sons have got enough fund by Gods gift and they donot need money.

                              We are waiting with their bill payments for last two / three months bill ; but no-one bothers to collect or receive. Our line has been disconnected.

                              Now we suggest to the new applicants of RELIENCE to please please be alert.

When i visited to their nearest Web World, they gave me list of Web World in Mumbai and said they dont have Classice 0731 available to replace and the sevices centre for Classic had been closed, so told me to visit all the Web World in Mumbai. And if still i dont find the replacement then i should buy a new Mobile from them.
                                Is this the service provided by RELIANCE CAMMUNICATION ????????
                                And now when i am calling them, everytime they are telling me about System Failure. My mobile was on guarantee period, still Reliance Communication are not ready to replace or repair my Handset.

                                  I purchase a RIM handset 4-5 days back.
                                  now it was deactivated since yesterday due to some document problem/.

                                      even I registered my complain 3 days before and today's morning too but unfotunately results are awaited...

                                      I don't know, how can Reliance GSM comparing with others in terms of better network coverage?...

                                      Now I am planning to leave this connection immediately...

                                      Hope this time Reliance will take necessary steps ...otherwise they will become bad service provider and also they will loose their credibility .

                                      Reliance GSM service is a bad service provider in west bengal. sala kuttar baccha customer care. patha gulo kichu kaj kore na ar phone korle sab samay busy. patha gulor atlantic maha sagore dube mora uchit. patha der network all time busy ar gprs recharge korle all time packet data not available.

                                      AirTel is the best service provider in west bengal. i have airtel connection from the time they have launched but still i do not face any difficulties. AirTel is grate.

                                        Basically i m from Gujarat, i have bought a new reliance gsm sim card 3 days back. I have given all the documents to the distributor n he said it would be activated in 24 hours still i m waiting for his 24 hours to be finish.
