None of the services work up to mark. Complete waste of time & money. Internet services go off every now and then fake promises of proper service, no proper after sale services etc.

broadband internet — modem is not working properly

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Please look into this matter. My modem is not working since last one month, as per the engineer visited the modem needs to be changed. It's been almost one month before the strike and till date no one has arrived to change the modem and i am still waiting. Engineer is also saying that this modem belongs to me but i didn't purchase it, it's MTNL who had given this modem to me. So please do something to get the faulty DSL modem changed.
I pay my bills regularly without fail never a defaulter.

Hello Sir, My name is Radheshyam Prajapati. I have taken new Reliance broadband Internet connection on 02-May'2013. From the installation day (02-May'13), I am continuously facing problem of frequent disconnection. It displays message "Limited or No Connectivity". When I call customer care then he rejects my complain and said that he is unable to register my complain. Again (05-May) I tried with c.care and he registered my complain (No[protected]. In addition, local engineers don't receive calls and he installed an old modem which may be a reason of disconnection. There is no IP address or DNS server address assigned to my system. Still I am facing such problems. Plz resolve my problems as soon as possible.

    Dear sir,

    I applied for 210 share of Reliance Power IPO through Karvy vide Application number 71667371. I have not been allotted any share to my account. From Hyderabad office the refund cheque vide registered post was delivered to my residence, however, as I was not at home, cheque was returned back to your office. I had enquired the same about this in Karvy, Basavangudi, Bangalore office. They have sent a request (by mail) to resend the cheque back to Bangalore office so that I can collect the same from the Bangalore office. It’s been more than a week, still I have not received the refund cheque. I would request you to resend the cheque to Karvy, Basavangudi, Bangalore office and do the needful.

      Dear Sir,

      We are Delhi located company, we are using several mobile connectionof Reliance, but we were surprise whenwe received a bill for 4 mobile on 13th Apr 2005, and on the very same day we submitted written complain to Reliance to findout the culprit coz this number dosn't belongs to us.

      To my surprise its 2 year old stories now but till date they have not solved the issues and continusly they are sending letters to make a payment against that number, now i am tired of this and we have filed a complained to police on 29th Feb 2008.

      Kindly advice how can we teach them a lession so that next time they won't dare to try this type of "DADA GIRI"

          Sir,
          I have a Reliance mobile No.[protected] life time plan, since 3 years of my brother's name. When we recharge, the balance for outgoing calls shows unsufficient balance. After that the mobile become no-active and no incoming and nor outgoing calls made by this mobile. Inspite of already giving the photo and formalitiesm, this mobile connection is closed by the Reliance company.
          I hereby request you to please consider my request as soon as possible and active this mobile connection.

          it is becoming call end after 2 or 3 second by pressing call key
          so please make it accessable to other phones plz.
          Reliance have Closed 496 recharge for new customres.
          This is not correct, however are they going to start something for the new ones?????

            Reliance people should have their own R&T agency, as was one Reliance Consultancy Services in the past to handle exclusively Reliance investor's greivances.

            Reliance Power IPO — Incomplete refund of Reliance Power IPO money

            I had deposited Rs. 96, 750 for allotment of 225 shares of Reliance Power through the IPO in Jan. 2008.I was allotted 17 shares .However instead of refunding the balance amount of Rs. 89, 440 I was refunded only Rs. 4, 765 . Despite sending the copies bank statements showing the debit of 96, 750 by speed post on 18th Feb and regular reminders thereafter on the telephone as well as on e-mail no action has been taken by M/S Karvy.The telephone no. of their courier dept. is always engaged and it seems that the e-mail and telephonic reminders are not being attended to by either M/S Karvy or Reliance Power. It is SURPRISING that RELIANCE POWER is ABDICATING its RESPONSIBILITY of refunding the money and has put Karvy as its frontal agency with whom the applicants have really speaking no dealing whatsoever.

            HDFC BANK LIMITED — Payment deducted or not cleared cheque of Rs.25875/-

            I have applied in the Reliance Power Limited IPO alongwith my Account cheque No521187 Date 16/01/2008 of HDFC Bank Ltd, Sector – 16, Gandhinagar Branch amounting to Rs.25875/-
            During my enquiry M/s Karvy Computer shares has asked that my cheque has not realized .
            I have received back this cheque with Remarks : Return Unpaid Reason : Fund Insufficient
            However it is surprise to note that this amount debited from my HDFC Bank Account No.[protected] on Dt :24/01/08
            This is very serious matter. My amount of Rs.25875/- is held up by HDFC Bank without any reason since last 3.5 months
            Therefore it is requested to deposit this amount ( i.e.Rs.25875/-) along with 12 % interest. at the earliest.

                I have applied for 105 shares of Reliance IPO vide application number 4 7426127 cheque no. 811125 drawn on Axis Bank, Indore branch. the cheque was realized on 24th January from my account. I have not been allotted single share, the refund process had started form 20 days back but still i have not received any confirmation or letter from Karvy who is the authorized agency to refund the money.                   I had installed one broadband connection of reliance communication about a year ago. Since the date of installation, every month I have been told prior to due date to deposit the amount and it is done accordingly by me.

                  For the last six month, the so-called Anil Ambani "LOYALS" are playing a dirty game and frequently disconnecting my phone on the charges of not paid the bills. On the other hand, in their mails, they are admitting all the bills are cleared.

                  Interestingly, my phone is lying dead for the last 20 days when no bill is pending against me except current one. I am not using broadband service since January 14 and phone is disconnected on Jan 18, still I received a bill of Rs 1069 for the month of January. When I contacted, some people from call centre informed the amount is charged for incoming calls as outgoing calls are disconnected.

                  BRAVO MR ANIL AMBANI, You are also first in the country for charging incoming calls. GO AHEAD.

                    Myself Captain Ashutosh Srivastava, Indian Army. I had bought this set and a new connection on 25 April 2005 bearing CAF Number [protected] MDN Number [protected] from Neelam Infocomm , Mhow, Indore. I used this connection for 2 months in Indore and then got it transferred to Lucknow where i was given a new number i.e.[protected].
                    My all bills were paid in time for which all the reciepts are available with me. On 05 September 2005, I returned the set to Mr Deepak Sharma, Reliance Web World, Tulsi Theatre, Rani Laxmi Bai Marg, Lucknow. Mr Deepak Sharma gave me a reciept of surrendering Tele set and told me to meet Mr Anwar Sadiq who sits in Reliance Head Office in BTC House , Gomti Nagar , Lucknow, for the collection of cheque for the security deposit which was suppose to be refunded.
                    From that day till date i have been giving repeated reminders, letters and paid visits to Reliance Communications , BTC House , Gomti Nagar, Lucknow , but nothing in this regard has been taken care of. In this process Mr Rahul Mudgal and Mr Prashant of BTC House office were also involved.
                    Everytime i went to the Above mentioned office , I was given fake assurances by all the individuals whose names i have already mentioned. Now it has been around 2 years 6 months period that my request was un-heard of at Reliance Communications, BTC House, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
                    Kindly do the needful.

                    I have paid INR 1800 as the connection charges and after multiple followup with reliance guys Sachin and Ritesh in Gomti Nagar office, still they have not taken care for my request.

                    Now they are not accepting my call even after calling them more than 20 times and are rude in their words stating I can escalate this issue to whomsoever I want to. They have continuously disconnected my call with no answer and blaming eachother for not able to do the work.

                    I was even planning to take a lease line from reliance communication of 2 mbps but because of such poor delivery and misbehavior of your staff I want to withdraw my request for new connection.

                    I have a request to see my case as earliest and take strict action against these two guys those who are deteriorating the name of Reliance communication which is considered as a big giant into telecommunication.

                    Also if I would not hear from you in next 24 hours I will go to consumer forum for their help to recover my money and loss I have faced.

                      I had deposited HDFC, M'bai (Reliance Power Refund Order) No. 2070694 dtd: 01/02/2008 for Rs. 6900/- .It can be collected from the hdfc savings Old A/C No.[protected] as it is account payee(hdfc account which is closed but mentioned in demat account by mistake) .                             Unnecessary Harassment by RELIANCE BROADBAND regarding issue of Non-objection and clearance certificate (NOC) and settlement of inflated bill account in spite of making payment of all necessary dues.

                            Brief History: I had subscribed for the 75Kbps Unlimited Plan of RELIANCE BROADBAND in the month of May 2006.It was a post paid plan, for which I used to receive bills of Rs.450 (inclusive of tax) on monthly basis. I was not satisfied with the quality of service and speed as promised, so I applied for disconnection in the month of June’07-July’07. This was my first request for disconnection and the beginning of 7 months long harassment and its still on.
                            Detail of events: My first request for disconnection was made in the month of June’07-July’07 but without any further correspondence from their side. After sometime I got a call from their Retention Department regarding the reason for disconnection. I gave them a valid reason and asked them to provide me with a final bill and NOC and take back my MODEM. He assured me that action will be taken asap but again in vain. I received a bill for that month but I did not pay as I wanted a final bill with NOC. So again I requested for disconnection in the month of July’07-August’07 but I have misplaced all my TTNo.(Complaint No.) but it hardly makes any difference since all my complaints and requests can be verified from the records of Reliance Broad band’s Customer Database. In August, I got a call from their Billing Department that my balance of Rs.450/- is outstanding. I told them the reason for such delay (since I wanted to make a final payment) but he asked me to call up the Customer Care and sort this out with them. Yet again I did the same thing and got a call back who assured me that within 3 days my connection will be terminated and it did happen and my connection was finally barred on 14th August, 2007 but no one came to claim the MODEM and Wiring. I again requested for final bill. In August end I received a bill of Rs.1650/- for the period June-August whereas my original Amount due was Rs.725/- only (Rs.450/- for June’07-July’07 and Rs.275/- for July-August, 19days). On scrutinizing the bill properly, I found out that in the middle of the month there is a change of plan whereas since May’06, I am using 75Kbps Unlimited Plan and had no intention to change to a limited plan. Again I received a cumulative bill showing that my total outstanding amount now on my account was Rs.2004.15/- for the month of August-September(my connection got barred in the middle of august but I am still receiving bill for the next month). Then I got some 20 calls from their various departments asking me to pay the amount for which I was not liable. Change of plan was due to technical fault of Reliance Broadband as neither any confirmation nor any request was either received or given by me even according to the records of Reliance Broadband.
                            Note: I have record of detailed bills for the month of June-August to support my argument. Bills are showing everything clearly.

                            Steps taken from my side: I took all necessary steps for settling the account by personally meeting a member from the Billing Department at Reliance Broad band’s Delhi Branch Office (Barakhamba road, C.P.) and telling him everything in details. He convinced me and asked me to make the payment for which I was actually liable. As a result I made a final payment of Rs.725/- as agreed upon with Receipt No.-S[protected] in cash on account o[censored]ser ID:[protected] dated-29/10/2007 and on 31st October, 2007 a person came from reliance to claim the MODEM and gave me the Service Termination Certificate. Details of Final Payment of Rs.725/- are as follows:
                            1. For the month June’07-July’07- The amount outstanding=Rs.450/-
                            2. For the month July’07-August’07, The amount outstanding for 19days since I last used internet on 14th August and on that date my connection was barred(proof-detailed bill) =19Days/31Days*400+12.5%tax=Rs.275/-
                            I thought that it’s the end of this episode.He also told me that I will be receiving a NOC within 3 months of making my final payment and also asked me to mail the details of my case just as a proof. I did everything but without any conclusion since I did not receive any NOC and that person, Mr. Sunil Sah(sunil.[protected]@relianceada.com) did not respond to any of my mails. I tried to get in contact with him but in vain. Now the best is yet to come-according to the Billing Department of Reliance Broadband, Mumbai head office, no one but only they have the authority to settle the account. So according to them I should have contacted the Customer Care Department or visited to any Reliance Web World Outlets. This is despite the fact that it was one of the Departments from Reliance only who asked me to meet someone from Billing Department at Delhi Branch Office.
                            It caused me a lot of inconvenience and turbulence to my mental state to solve this mystery. I felt wasting my time and calls on meeting different departments and I even thought of paying the bill and get out of this mess. And as a matter of fact, I came to know that I am not the only victim. There are more than 10 people in my locality who are facing such an inconvenience of inflated bills as well as receiving bills even after disconnection, but they all are helpless like me. The problem starts only when one applies for disconnection before that everything goes fine.

                            Conclusion: In spite of settling all the actual dues for which I was liable and even after convincing all the officials from various departments who called me up with my facts, after 4months I am still receiving calls but now from their lawyers who are claiming that their client (read Reliance Broadband) have sued me for non payment of dues (Rs.2004-Rs.725=Rs.1280/- the amount which I am not liable to pay).
                            Words like legal cases and court of law is really frightening especially for those who belong to ordinary middle class family. Same holds true for my father as well, who wants me to make the payment and avoid such complexities and unnecessary harassments. Even he thinks that this is not correct but then at the end of the day its better to pay than get into such trouble.
                            But I feel that now there are forums where such grievances can be addressed and that is why I am here. Its not about the quantum of money involved but about honesty. Why should anyone pay the amount for which he is not liable and above that how can you sue him for that? One has to raise his voice against arm twisting especially when big and reputed companies like Reliance are involved in such incidents at grass root level. I hope I will get a solution or path to find one soon with your help.

                            Reliance — after paying the amount on 7 july 07,no net connection is being provided.

                            I am Maj R K Mishra,staying away from my family .I wanted a net net connection through reliance and paid the cheque of 500 to reliance on 7 Jul 07( cheque no 418110, dated 7 Jul 07)
                            After four months also there is no response from the reliance.
                            And on top their agent has even stopped picking our phone.
                            They are sending us bills without the connection.
                            This is a harassment to my family specially when I am not staying here.
                            I asked for my money back but that also they are not providing.

                            Reliance Broadband — billing against non usage

                            i had taken a reliaance broad band connection on 4th oct 2007.from 15th onwards the connection was not working properly,i had registered many complints.i have there complaint no.i have been calling them again ang again.but nobody comes for checking the connection.sometimes the person visits the home ,but says the problem is from there side.i have been harrased by these people.they dont listen to complaints ,they give false assaurance.
                            the complaint is still not solved.i had asked for the wavier of the amount for the days i have not used internet,that was around 1 month.they have given me wavier for 3 days.(175 rs).
                            now i request you to tell me how should i deal with this problem.

                            Reliance Mobile — Amount paid for change of bill plan but not affected till this month

                            I am reliance mobile customer from last eight month's, i have paid the sum of money to change my bill plan on 21/04/2008 i have complained to company about this but they are refusing to resolve my problem, the slip of payment to change of plan was attached to the mail to the company, but they are refusing arjust my bill and stoped my outgoing calls also.
                            what step to be taken to get my rights.

                            Reliance Broadnet — Wrong Charges made due to the fault of Reliance Executive

                            Hi,

                            I got a Reliance Broadnet connection 3-4 months back. During installation I had specified the plan as 128kb/s unlimited connection for Rs750 but was given a upto 2MB/s connection with download limit for Rs750. Immediately I informed the same to the concerned people (The branch which installed it in my place) but they told me to use it as it can only be changed on Monday 2days after the installation. They said that I would not be charged for the mistake as I had specified to them that incase the pro rata limit of the permitted free download exceeds. She told me that it will not be charged even if it exceeds. After noticing it and repeatedly informing the branch for the next 1 week, I finally called up the customer care to solve this issue. When I told the entire story, they assurred me the same thing and within 2 days my actual plan was implemented. All went well for about 25 days, until I received my bill. All the assurance given by the Executives was a failure as I was charged for the usage.

                            I still did not get angry and called up the customer care to solve this issue. Was given a complaint no and was told somebody would get in touch. But, no body ever did. I maid similar complaints atleast 3-4 times but all in vain. At last I maid a cancellation request. But, to my shock, I still get their bills (which keep increasing every time) and repeated calls.

                            Now, I have decided that I will not pay any amount to them (not even the actual and correct amount), because of the harrasment from their side.

                            Please suggest whether my stem is right or not.

                            Reliance Broadnet — Billing Issues

                            Hi,

                            My name is Parikshith and I am using Reliance Wimax Broadnet from six month and I was using a 150Kbps Unlimited plan, recently in the month of September I asked for a plan change and I asked for a 400Kbps Unlimited Plan but instead of changing it to the plan I requested they have changed it to a 4000Kbps Limited plan and have charged me Rs.9, 000/-. I have been talking to their customer service for a month now and they have not been able to fix it although they accept it is a mistake from their end and they have been giving me differen service request IDs everytime I call them or email them. I have sent more than 25 email till date and I have called them almost everyday and everytime I call they promise saying that connection would be back in 24hrs but I still I have no connection.

                            i agree since at the time of connection they did not mention any thing about the cancellation charges but when i applied for cancellation now they served a bill for 3000 and odd as one time charges (for what? ) .This is meaningless in general any cancellation will refund the funds but for reliance it is reverse i dont now what trai is doing ...

                            Reliance Broadnet — Faulty connection continues

                            Hi there,
                            I am posting this complaint because i[censored] are thinking of taking this bakwas net do not ever think again of it again of any plan because they will bluff a lot and lot that u will be forced and also offer to reduce money. They have reduced 500 rs, the reason that they have done a lot of haressment at the time of giving connection so i deny to take it and the result i got profit.

                            But it was char din ki chandani, their service is like wtf, I am facing a problem of frequent disconnection from more than a month but they are not even caring about it, they will the complain no. and enjoy with that useless .

                            Your complain will close any time, any day with resolution and engineer resolved ur problem even i[censored] dont know that engineer visited. They will always try to make fool o[censored].

                            They are such a irregular that i was without internet for more than a week, with at least 13 complain no. all with successful resolution as mentioned by them. But that was all bull-.

                            So, it was only to advice u not to take Internet from this foolish company, they are the cheaters and fraud. And more thing also u fill face billing problems a lot it's like bonus.

                            till today there was no responce from reliance broadnet.
                            My complaint in reliance didnt worked even.

                            Please be informed Ms Prabhavathi did not speak to me properly & whilst discussing the issue she disconnected the call in between as this issue had no solution. (PLEASE MAKE SURE NEVER DISCONNECT THE CALL WHILST SPEAKING) or if you don’t have a solution why the hell you guys collected amount from me.



                            I will tell you what happens next, I will get a call from your end & you will ask me to wait for 60 days, after 60 days you will tell me that as per your company policy you won’t reimburse the amount. I have under gone through all these circumstances.

                            a) Please be informed that I had taken Internet connection in the month of JULY – 2008.

                            b) I paid 3750 Rs/- as 4 months rental in advance

                            c) I got the connection & my account was active, but there was no connectivity. I use windows Vista, hence your engineers told I do not know Windows Vista. So I had formatted my laptop around 10 times as I was unable to get the connectivity.

                            d) It was already 45 days of my account activation wherein there was no connectivity but the bill was generated for 2 months without making any use of the service.

                            e) Then later on one day I got the connectivity & I called the customer care to check the connectivity, but they told there is no feasibility (I’ll HAVE TO CLICK ON CONNECT EVERY 10 MINUTES due to the un availability of the signals) & as per the confirmation from engineer he spoke to his higher authority about the connectivity issue & he assured that I will get my whole amount back.

                            f) One day one of your engineer came & he collected all the equipments & he told me that my amount will be reimbursed after 60 days, later after 60 days when I called customer care I was told that as per your company policy you are not gonna reimburse the amount.



                            I would request to ask any one to explain the above issues if you don’t understand, else call me I will explain you but don’t disconnect the call.

                            i agree with the mentioned statements, reliance broadband makes fool out of their consumers. this should not be taken lightly and consumer court should take this matter seriously...as i have suffered the same problem, need not to explain it. i hope media take this case into consideration as well.,
                            I agree I am also facing the same problem 5 months back got the broadband connection terminated on 25/11/08 for which I was also given termination of service letter after taking back modem and telephone.

                            Reliance Broadband — Sending bills and asking money after disconnection

                            I had Reliance Wimax connection in Pune. I got it disconnected on 1st April 2009 and I have in email from reliance which says that I will not be charged after that. Meanwhile I got bill for April and May and now getting calls from them to make a payment. I have raised several queries on [protected]@relianceada.com but nobody sent me a reply. When I went to Reliance webworld to resolve the issue they said its not their department. Now making up my mind to go to Consumer Court as frustrated with these guys.

For the first month I got a bill of R.s 6, 650, my total download for the month was 3 GB and according to plan 10 GB was free. I went to the outlet and the told me your bill has come from pro database (iski maa ki chut, what is pro database?), I paid the whole amount since my work was getting delayed. HOLD YOUR HORSES, this months download 7.5 GB (belowo the 10 GB limit) and the bill is 16, 000. I want to drag these people to court, I beg all of you to guide me about the procedure to file a complaint in consumer court in Mumbai. At any cost Iam not going to pay 16, 000 I dare them to try anything they can do.

                            Reliance Communications/Broadband/WiMax — Demanding for Payment ever after disconnection

                            I have filled about 20 complaints on the issue related to the Broadband connection. I can give details of each call and the duration and amount spent on each of the call the the customer care.

                            Connection was taken in the month of January 2009 and the first bill payment was for amount Rs 3367/- through cheque. After the very first 2 days the problems started and i have to call customer care every second day, becasue internet was not working.

                            Finally, fed up with the service a raised a request for disconnection in the second week on January and was told that it will be disconnected within 15 days. But, no one turned up till feb end.

                            Again, the same process of calling the customer care started and after taking to someone from Bombay, I think Priya, she convinced me to give reliance one more change and conitnue the service. I agreed, to give it a try ones more, but that was a bad decision on my part.

                            Again, a payment of Rs 1, 125/- was made on 11/04/2009 by Cash. Receipt: 37166.

                            But, the trouble continues and the service is same as before. Then finally, i raised a disconnection request on 12 April and the connection was disconnected on 26th April and all the equipments ( Antenna and splitter) were collected back.

                            Now, one more nusance is created by Customer Care guys, by calling me and saying that your payment for Rs 2000/ something is due.

                            I have faced enough harassment and has spend about Rs 200/- on calls to customer care. I have log details of each call and can be provided on request.

                            Now they have sent me a Notice by SA Associates asking for money for the month of MAy and June, even when the Connection by terminated by April 26, which which the bill payment has been made.

                            Airtel/ DSL Facility — Legal Recovery of Outstanding bill after settlement

                            Dear Sir,

                            I (Mr. Ashish Gupta) had been subscribed with Airtel in month of August 2007 for a DSL Facility (Unlimited Plan 799) on Address : C-2/ 28, Is Floor, DDA Flats, East OF Kailash, New Delhi -65...We have been using this facility ther service effectively till date of January 2009 and always paid our entire bills on time.

                            We have never delayed payments against raised bills by Airtel Ltd...But in Feb 2009...as we was about to leave the place, so we decided to disconnect the facility. Thus, we had put a request in Airtel Customer Care in the 1st week of Feb. 09 to withdraw the DSL No. [protected] and they said that it will be disconnect within 10 days and internet service will disconnected within few days. They disconnected the service and we had received the bill of Rs 511 which was Bill Period of Feb 2009 and got it submitted before due date...

                            We assumed that everything is settled with Airtel.But we had received again fresh bill on 06th April 09 of Bill Period of 5th March – 04th April of Rs. 881...We were got surprised and unable to understand why we had received bill when we had already asked for settlement in month of Feb 2009...and disconnection.

                            In the same regards when we spoken to customer care they said that your request for disconnection in there records is April 2009…However, we asked for disconnection in the month of Feb 2009 but they say there is no record of disconnection request for the Feb 2009 .

                            Then my concerned is why we received bill of Rs 511 which had to be between Approx... Billing cycle of Rs. 750 -900 as bill of March stated above… thus it highlights my request for disconnection was processed in the month of Feb 2009…

                            I don’t why Airtel is trying to charge extra amount from my end and harassing us by sending legal notice…

                            They also served a recovery of outstanding bill Rs.1204...

                            We would request you’re to help us on the above...Kindly suggest how to take ahead a call...

                            Vodafone — Number terminated in spite of paying bills

                            This is with ref to my vodafone no.[protected], for which outgoing is barred inspite of making payments.

                            To tell you the history I was in a family plan with nos.[protected], ******0488 and [protected]. We were not using the no.[protected] and coz we simply ended up paying the rentals we decided to change the plan and terminate this no. For that I had to follow up and waste hours at vodafone store who were not at all co-operative. After keeping me and my office boy wait for an hr they would ask us to take another token and wait for some more time and whn evrythng was done they said some or the other document had still to be submitted and were forcing me not to deactivate but convert it to prepaid.

                            After escalations and exchanging mails finally it was done.On 9th I recd a call from one of their executives saying payment to the no.[protected] of Rs.1984/- was due. That was an impossible amount as we have never used that no. and the amt outstanding could have been not more than 200 rs./- I asked the executive to send the ebill with details which she never did. However, I had recd an ebill on 6th July which I was unable to open inspite of keying in the right password. I sent an email back to the customer care immediately informing the same and also had informed one of their executives over the phone. I sent a mail again on 10th July informing that the new ebill tht was sent was also not opening.

                            I reconfirmed with the executive the amount and that I was paying it to the prev family plan rel. no.and made an immediate payment yesterday an amount of Rs.2984/-.and also informed the exec abt it. In the evening I get a msg saying my outgoing is barred...inspite of making the payment coz vodafone systmes take 48 hrs to update the same wherein the amount had already been debited from my account. Is this my fault that they are using outdated systems which take tht long coz of which a customer has to suffer.I spoke to their exec and also escalated it to his superior some Nasim Shaikh at Lower Parel office. He said that if I'd send an email right away my account will be active in 2hrs time. That plonk never told me that it takes 24 hrs for the email also to get updated on their ****ing system. I had a family function and they handicapped me.I still wasted half an hr and sent a mail through a friend. After12 hrs my no.was still not active.

                            I have been using this no. since last 4-5 yrs and till date have never missed a payment and the payment for these nos. were due on 22nd July.I have a credit limit on this no.and still nothing is being considered . I have lost 2000rs./- after giving it to their DSA on two diff ocassions to have this talk plan changed earlier and nthng had happened. vodafone didnt give me that money back. Also to activate the family plan a refundable deposit of Rs.500/- was taken which they were supposed to credit on changing the plan. That money has also not been credited. To take money from us they dont have any formalities but when we have a problem we are harassed to the core. People who are loyal vodafone guys are after their lives to screw them and others who just abscond wtht makng payments they roam scott free.They should change their slogan to HAPPY TO HARASS. Their services are disgusting and so many hidden charges they are actually cheating customers.

                            Reliance Telecommunications — Non Payment of bill which I had diconnected the connections still being called by the company and receiving harrasment calls and persons

                            I was using the coneection of rel no [protected] and [protected] which I had disconnected an year ago. Now the co. is cliaming for the amount for the usage I have not done. He has send persons of collectyion to my bank prtemises which has humiliated me and my image.

                            Reliance Broadband — Broadband termination applied..still bill received

                            I had requested for termination of broadband connection with Reliance on 7th of February 2009 after their poor service and have stopped using the connection.

                            But even then I keep getting the bill and calls for payment. I have already applied for a termination of the connection and I am not required to pay for the period I never used. The customer account number CAN#[protected].

                            Even I am one of the worst suffered guy.
                            I received the May bill stating last paying date is 13th of Jun, but on 7th night I came to home @10PM thinking remaining up gradation of the server(remote client) I will do it from home.
                            But when i reached home I saw connection got disabled due to non payment.
                            I called customer care from 10PM to 12 AM at last I got customer care person and he told you dont have sufficient payment in u r account so it got disconnected(I haven’t received any mail or call from RIL before deactivating my account).I told my due date is on 13th but he is telling we have not received advance payment !!!(Which is already deducted from my account and is not updated in reliance database)then I made online payment @ 12.30 AM (by calling one of my friend who has internet @ home)thinking service will get activate and I can start working. But after 1 AM also service didnt get activate so I called customer care(which is very painful) they told it will be activated in 16-24 Hrs !!!
                            Think of my situation where client was waiting for the sever to come up @ morning 7 AM .I went to office @ 2AM and completed my server up gradation .
                            That day if ambani come in front of me I would have kicked his butt like a dog.

I didnt paid the money ...their collection guys came to my home and asked to pay the bill, i asked them to produce the proper bill but he came back with the same bill and said that this is the right bill and the charges are proper with no mistake or error.

                            Then after i received a legal notice from their stupid hired lawyer who doesnt even knew how to type proper legal notice...it seems to me a cut copy paste technique to prepare legal notice.
                            I didnt paid any attention to that notice cause i knew that its a process to threaten you to make payments.

                            Reliance Broadband + — Harrasment by Reliance Webworld

                            I had got my netconnect datacard updated to a highspeed data connection in August 2009. From the day that I have purchased the card i have been harrased by the reliance webworld, dadar area like anything.
                            First when i purchased the card they gave false information. They did not give or inform me the offers that were available to consumers at that time. This was in August.
                            Then around September 21st they terminated my connection without any reason. I was out of town and had to request some one else to visit the webworld.
                            Again yeterday i.e. 15th October 2009, the status of my connection was changed from post paid to prepaid without any rhyme or reason.

                            I have been harrassed like anything. I do not have peace of mind since the day I have purchased the new connection.
                            I completely agree. I took Wimax Connection in Hyderabad . I disconnected the service as it was not working. I called up their Customer Care and raised a request . Now somebody calls you during your office hours and asks you to be there at your home so that he can fix the problem . I asked him if its possible in my convenient time and all he replied was I ll close the issue if you want . I said dont close the issue, I will be there at my home . He reached my home then said the problem isn't under his dept and it needs to be taken care by some one else . When I enquired the next day with the CC, they said they issue got resolved already .But it wasn't, then i raised a termination request which also got cancelled by itself . I finally raised a termination request and it got processed . But now they have charged me 1335 Rs but I feel its less than 500 Rs .Now they have sent me a demand note of sueing me under section 420 for not paying the bill .After reading this complaint forum . I'm fine now . But when ever we take up a connection we give our pan card details . Now does this guys report the non-payment of our bills to some centralised Database so that later when I approach any other service rendering company, my application might get rejected .I heard that all our credit card dues, loan dues are all being handled based on our pan card and it all gets added, both the negative and positive comments .

                            I was also using Reliance Broadnet for few months during which the service was pathetic. After many follow ups it did not improve. I used to pay bills in time. When I surrendered my connection, they immediately took the cable and the dish back. They did not send me the bill and also did not talk about the deposit and extra money I paid for the cable.                             So, counting that up, I am only eligible to pay you till 30-May-2011.
                            This present billing cycle goes from 23-may till 30-May according to my case.
                            So, kindly advice as to whee should I drop you the demand draft for these 8 days(i.e 147 rupees).
                            I spoke to Vanita and even she could not come down to any suitable conclusion and told me that the concerned people from Reliance Broadband department contacted on my Land line telephone.
                            I find it out of sense as to how can they wait for a person to stay at home all day along and wait for a call from your side.
                            When my alternate contact number is mentioned , why was the call no put up there.
                            I am supposed get back my deposit money of rs 500, which was charged at the time of installation and is subject to be reimbursed at the time of disconnection of service.

                            So, summing up ,I requested all the call attendees and the people from different zones contacting me regarding my Internet Connection from Reliance Home team, I requested that the final bill be adjusted with the deposit money.

                            Nothing is being done.They are not taking my call and is highly reticent about it.

I got poor speed lower than mobile internet connection. But since I am internet savvy i was not able to give up so.. i sat for day and night and made it 7Gb (for 10Gb). What they are saying is We will discount your bill by the Bandwidth you consumed, is this your policy.                             I was having a reliance postpaid no.([protected] ), using since Mar-2012 until Sep-2012. but currently am not using it as my child thrown the data card into the Well while she playing. I have tried to cancel my connection many times online but no hope always i had receive the connection timeout error. when i was using it i was called the CC for poor data transfer rate and raised case for improve the data transfer rate by installing a new switch at my residential area. Almost i was paid around 900 Rs for every month just for few KBs(pls note even its not in MBs but reliance says unlimited ). fortunately i had lost it, meanwhile i have tried many times for cancelling my Connection online but every time failed. I also informed the same to the collection agent when they called me for bill payment for oct-2012, but didn't hear my request and didn't clarify anything on cancellation but now i am receiving calls very oftentimes for non payment of my bills.

                            what i would request is " I need the data usage report for the month of oct-2012 to nov-2012, if reliance is able to provide the data usage report for my connection definitely it will be the false or fake report as there is no data transfer happens from my data card to the outer network from the Well.

                            so please consider it as my cancellation request for my connection with - [protected] .

                              I fully agree with Sri Ajya Singh.
                              Really friends what you are all facing the same problem am also facing.Really they are just selling and making big promises before taking the card and but not fullfilling it.
                              Now I received a bill for 1777.00 saying that this is for 10days bill.Now my question is they never informed me that they are going to bill me for 10days and never been informed or told about the limitations.This is problem NO.1 and the second one is They announce that the speed is 230 kbps but it would at any time 'll not exceed 15kbps.This is problem No.2.

                              I think I would suggest you all to lodge a complaint at the consumer court about this technical and other problems and also its better not to get upset when seeing the bills.Generally if the speed is low the time for loading will be high and then increase in the bills.This is the hidden secret applied.
                              I am going to take this seriously and let the courts decide.

                              My advice is to u all don't get panic!
                              I am holding Reliance netconnect. The software CD comes with USB modem is not having all the required drivers I have to rush to Reliance Web World every time to get download the drivers if I get booting my lapop.Instead of sending the hard copy of bill they disconnect my network and demanding the bill for next month also.While promoting their product there are regular followup by the Reliance but now I would like to cut their service I am not finding the proper way or concern person.

                              Purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ on 7th april 2009, My MDN Number is [protected] account is ok verified all address verification and everything done still connection is barred.

                              At the time of purchase i been told that i will get Promotion offer of 2 month unlimited internet service which mean 10 gb as their term but now after 9 days when my account barred i got to know wrong plan is activated, sales guy say i ensure you will get promotion offer now he not picking his cell from 2 days(ajay, gurgaon sec14 reliance web world- [protected]), all customer care contacted, email done but no reply.

                              I got call from reliance at the time of purchase that u are registered with us and its for confirmation if i want to purchase as premium promotional offer customer i confirmed and my data is transfered to sales guy who contacted me so no doubt i should get the offer and its totally unfair unethical value less behaviour from reliance.

                              Guys they send false bills and treat pre-paid connection as post paid after completion of stipulated pre-paid period. They not only send such bills but go consumer court for recovery of so called payment for the (post paid) period.

                              It is for you to decide whether they are trust worthy.
                              I have just taken up the reliance net connect hight speed connection (3.1) mbps on 30th, from Chandigarh. At the time of taking connection, I chose for the plan worth Rs. 650 having a bundled usage of 1 gb, at that time the add on pack was suppose to started by the 1st of may. Next day was first may, and here's my whole story:

                              * The date of the add-on pack (Rs.199) had been postponed to 15 the of may, and there was not any notification from the reliance authories, neither such information was available on their website.

                              * As there's an unlimited night plan worth Rs. 499. The sales person at the reliance outlet says that they are not sure that the company is going keep this plan or not and add-on pack is almost came to an end before starting.

                              * The speed which was promised (3.1mbps), never exceed more than 500kbps.

                              * Customer services are deaf and dumb. When you call at the customer services no. which is *355, get ready to sacrifice for atleast 1 hour, still it is not sure that anyone is going to reply back to you.

                              * At the time of calling customer service automated voice says enter your ten digit MDN number, , ,
                              but when I do so, I came to know that my number is invalid.

                              *Again come to add- on pack, the date is still postponed to 30th of may, so that the customers who are'nt aware of the delay, use the net connect at night after 10, and exceeds the limit, and eligible to pay huge bills so that the illiterate reliance staff get some crash course of personality development and communication improvement.

                              i too had same complaint. no difference except im in pune. reliance is at its best it looks. they have same policy of cheating all over india.
                              Reliance usb broadband is the worst net service which i ever seen. You find everything like fraud billing, fraud charges, fraud customer service and everything what you have not find in anyother net connection,
                              I am student of MBA healthcare first year generally i m using net on night due to long classes and my training I have choosen night plan of 499 rupees in which i have use only 20mins in day but they charged for 9hrs and 49mins i.e. 880 and in next month I have not use this service in day time but they charged Rs 131 (4hrs). So, this is the worst service which i have used ever in my life
                              my experience is worse, i have purchase the e-connet devise and the package was 650 with 1 gb free till this everything ok but after 3 month, the bill is more and more recently they ask me to paid 4000 rp and than because I have change the plan to illimited to avoid having surprise, after few day they ask me to paid 7918 rp for 20 days, telling me that they charge hight in between the 2 plan as i have change the plan.
                              All this of course without telling me about !!!

                              I bought an Reliance Netconnect Datacard on April, 2009.It was probably an prepaid scheme bought at one of Tamil Nadu Retailer.Am here to advice rather than complainting. Please dont get any of the reliance product.Its just a piece of crap.Or even worthless than that.am an heavy bandwidth user i got unlimited plan recharged for Rs.1099 at July 24, 2009.I dont know because am using it heavy i got service suspended on 9th and 10th of August, 2009.While i enquired that to customer care the reply was It was whole Tamil Nadu Network Jam.But i got this to know on 4th call to customer care.They even not ready to accept this.This was a minor.Here comes the big fraud.

                              On 20th August, 2009.My service was suspended.by morning 8 i started calling the cusomer care[protected].The answer was on the first call was we need to refresh the server ur account'll be activated by 11.But i cant get activated so i called again.The answer on second call was u have low pending balance than main balance.I just have the idea what the hell was this pending balance and the note was i should reacharge for to maintain my balance for Rs.250.I've done that for 275 topup and soon i got activated.Even at the second call they started talking about moring usage and evening usage plans.I can able to get what it is.I said my plan is unlimited.i started using it from 1Pm.Even i just disconnected it and try to connect i cant.I noticed my balance it cane to Rs.101.I got shocked and called that bloody customer care again.The answer was Ur not in the unlimited Plan and they were not ready to accept that am in unlimited plan.but i have my unlimited rechareg message i said to them but the answer give me your transaction ID.They were very clever on playing this part.The after recharge message sent by them wont have any Transaction ID.I again called them.They adviced me to get from recharged retailer.They really dont have it was done before 20 days.They even called their customer care for it.The answer was a big shock.The answer is their technical system is meant to see only past 15days history of recharge.I was just fainted and made a last call to customer care to abuse them i said wat i've experienced from retailer.The only one answer was their repetation like a parrot speech.Please get the transction ID.I cant even abuse them because the person i've spoked was a lady.i just made a harsh expression and hung my phone.

                              This is the experiance i just never get from any product.The Brand is a shame of our nation.Being a big product company it deals only with frauds and craps.The answer on their technical system was really great.Please beware of this crap products.Though u spend a huge money on getting internet please opt for BSNL and Airtel.

                              first of all they just lauched like other provider and reached heavily with advertisement.

                              when i bought this prepaid plan by that time they told i can recharge by online itself.
                              infact they dont have any single site which was offering the recharge facility for prepaid.
                              better they could stop selling this prepaid service. i am completly fed up explaining my issue over this site..b cos this cry would not give any help. sure it would be helpful to those people who have good image over these brands.
                              I Had purchases a Reliance Data Card (NetConnect) on dated-22/06/2009 under the CAF No.[protected] & Reliance No. is [protected] through Mr. Parminder Singh (Business Associate Manager, Ludhiana, Punjab) in punjab circle. My Reliance Net Connect plan is LAPTOP2MONBUNDLE & the plan Name is RNJ149DATA (as per first bill print) under this plan the Reliance offers me free usage of first 2 months.


                              From the first day of activation it self there was a connection problem & the same was reported to the vendor (parminder singh) who sold me the Data-Card but the problem was not solved by anyone.After some days when the problem was not solved then i mail to Netconnect Department to terminate my services and i received a reply from ADAG Dept.on dated 17-July-09 that they processed my request for termination of services. But, after four (4) months i was surprised to view my outstanding payment of Rs.1046/- in my account.


                              As per my plan i have no need to pay any amount for first two months i.e 23-Aug-2009 but if i terminate my services on dated 17/July/09 there is no outstanding amount in my account.In response to my mail written to ADAG Corporate, I had telephonic conversation with Mr.UMESH WAGH (corporate care). As per Mr.Umesh statement Reliance Communication forward my request to punjab circle customer care on dated 17-July-09 & further proceedings was done by them but, till today corporate care and my company have'nt receive any mail/call/sms from punjab circle.


                              You are requested to solve my problem and close the matter at yours earliest.

                                my mobile no is [protected] earlier it was in a company group plan which we had broken up into individual per-paid plan and was assured that after some period of time ie. months, it can be changed to postpaid after that ,i have tried lot many times to convert my prepaid service to postpaid without success,

                                I am desparte to change my lg Phone to new phone but the choices are bad, today you get mobile phones with computer connectivity (bluetooth or data cable)@ Rs 4000/- which reliance does not have

                                    i wanted to buy a postpaid data card and they told me that u need to bring ur company's letter head having ur address mentioned on it, which is one of the ways to prove ur residence address.I did the same but they refused in unfriendly manner that there is no authorised signature on it.i requested my company to send the letter as per they(a girl) suggested me.

                                    I, Suresh Babu Cheepuri, has purchased a Reliance USB Modem Data card on 14th February.
                                    It is to inform you that, I got a message on 25.04.09 that my current bill amount is Rs.1274/-. I was astonished why such a hike in the bill. My usage is normal and I used to get my bill amounted around Rs. 300+. In deed I’ve expected to get this month bill a bit less as my usage is quite normal or even less when compared to previous months. Instead of this the bill has gone in four figures (in thousands). As such I’ve visited the Relance Communication’s at Airoli. There, one of the lady executives had confirmed the same amount and the moment when I asked the details she said the bill details are not coming / unable to retrieve and told that the bill has generated on 24th April so it would come in a day or two (i.e. 27th or 28th April’09).

                                    However, you intervention in the mater is requested and the revised bill may send across enabling me to pay before due date and to restore my faith

                                    your service is very bad by usha communication we are new connection purchase by usha communication for post paid connection .

                                    but till time not started

                                    Reliance Communications — Refusal of Bill on Purchase / Copy Bill

                                    I am really shocked at the present attitude and functional disability at a fast growing world, where consumer must be treated as the ' KING OF THEIR BUSINESS' for without them what can their Business do?

                                    I had purchased a mobile from the Reliance Web world R.S. Puram in the month of October 2008, It was a card purchase and I recieved the charge slip and left back the bill, on reaching my place I found that my bill was not collected and so I called the outlet and asked tyhem to courier the bill, for which they agreed. I diod not recieve the bill till date.
                                    Now I have a problem with my Handset MOTOROLO and the service center is asking for the bill. I approached the concerned outlet and I have been visiting them almost every day talking to the outlet manager, and all referred but top no avail, now the month of September is almost over and in October my warranty is getting expired / over. yhe outlet has onmly one answer, " Your bill details are with us , but we are unable to generate the bill, because we have closed accounts.

                                    My Questions:
                                    If they have closed accounts , don't I stand a chance to get my bill? Whaty happens to my Warranty?

                                    Please answer as I am a consumer, asking my rights. Request to act fast as my warranty period is going to end.

                                    Reliance Communications — Amount not Recharged / Bounced back

                                    Hi,
                                    I had done e-recharge through ICICI Bank - Prepaid Mobile Recharge Facility for Rs.87/- on[protected].
                                    I made a Complaint to the Reliance Communications Tel. Customer Care Cell, they said this is an invalid recharge amount, they took my transction details and said that the recharge amount will be bounced back to your ICICI Bank account in a day or two.
                                    However, till now I had not received any amount in my account through this complaint.

                                      I had applied for Reliance Power Equities via the IPO. My bid cum application form number is 82405849.

                                      I have not been alotted any shares & i have not received any refund for the same too. I had applied for 225 units & paid Rs. 25875 (cheque number 918863, Axis Bank).

                                        I, Dr. Rajesh J Gupta am having mobile no. [protected] was given a recharge offer from the company by a SMS. The SMS was to recharge with Rs. 200 and get Rs. 200 on net talk time with validity of 1 year within 72 houys of recharge. the sms came to me on 27/1/2008 and the last date was 28/1/2008 . I recharged with Rs. 200 on 27/1/2008. sir I called them and got a confirmation from them that I have recharged with Rs. 200 they also assured me that I will get the offer within 72 hours. but sir there was money in my a/c after 1 week also. then I called them and got one more assurance. but after numbers of complaint they told me that I will not get that offer as sms was not send on my mobile. I told them that I have the sms in my mobile. Then I was directed to Reliance web world, where I showed the SMS and lodged one more complaint with them. after 2 days I got 1 SMS with validity extended to 26/1/2009, but with no Rs. in my a/c. once again I have to call the customer care and now they are saying that I will not get the offer as I have been not send any SMS with any such offer on my mobile. so kindly sir/madam please help me. it may not be only with me , must be many there waiting for their offer. Thank you sir . waiting for your help.
