Reliance often activate various packs without intimation of the customer. The charges for those packs are being deducted hampering the mobile balance. These type of stupid activities are like theft of mobile balance. This is what they are doing. And more, when i call cust. Care for assistance, it always ends with a voice and text message. "chor hai sale, cust. Ko bataye bina balance may se paisa cut leta hai."

    I recharged my mobile number with 70rs before 2 days. But i did't call to any number but all money was deducted from my number. After that i m calling to customer care but every time i m getting the same response that "sorry we are unable to connect you with our executive please try again after some time". I have faced same problem 1month before. So it's my humble request to you please return my deducted money as soon as possible. My mobile number is [protected].

      Sir, I am regular customer of Reliance communication company . I am using reliance GSM sim [protected]. I am facing so many problems by this service provider last year January 2016, at that time I had sufficient balance in my account but stop my outgoing services without any information, when we talked to Helpline no.1909 or 198 they said insufficient balance.
      Nowadays, deduct my all balance all the time from 23rd August 2017to till date, & we are trying to port my number with charge Rs 10 & 11 and send to 1900 but it is not sending. I have lodge complaints to appellate authority of reliance but unsatisfactory resolve from reliance

        My reliance number [protected] is barred Even after playing the bill please activate my barred no as soon as possible.The bill was 585 and I have paid 700 but still you have barred my number it is very difficult for the communication. This is very difficult for me and please activate it as soon as possible.I had expected a very good experience from reliance but after you have barred my number it is very bad and none of the customer care ones are responding to my problem.I hope it is a very bad response from reliance company or you are responsible for all the things. I thing if you continue this even after paying the bill if I don't pay the bill its my problem but I have paid the bill so it is your problem from reliance company.

          I am calling again and again to customer care but they not pick up the phone..
          My complaint is my internet is not working properly since last 5 days and i am calling customer support but they not responding.. I also go to the reliance service center near by me but they said network problem h jaldi thik ho jayega.. But till now it is not working and i thing company itself not know what he is saying and doesnot know ki customer ko kese service provide karwani h...             My connection number is [protected] in the month of june wrong bill plan was imposed on me arp 897 because of which the bill i was suppose to pay was of rs 1369 then i called customer care my call log was checked and they suggested me to visit reliance store ad change the plan i did the same but did not got the waiver of[protected] plan rental+125 - tax) instead i got only rs 750 and in the month of june and july rs 200 were charged as late payment charges in the month of july i was also charged rs 280 as data usage charge but while taking the plan i was informed as the data is 4g 6gb and post that unlimited data at 2g speed but the same did not happened and mu consumption was only 2gb it is wrong i was charged by rs 1512 and waiver which i received was rs 1146 so please process further waiver thing happened to me is fraud nor your applet authority works properly i have registered a complaint which took more than a month to get resolved and i was not satisfied with resolution they provided nor your reliance store executives help properly they just say to call customer care

                Reliance charged me one month advance bill on postpaid mob no. [protected]. I have paid bill in advance. Now i have done mnp into idea postpaid.

                After adjusting last bill, company need to pay me rs.247.00 back for settlement my account.

                So, continuously contacting to reliance regarding pay back, but they are not responding.

                  Iss bhosri site pe believe mat karna saala chutiya banata hai, iss ne koshish ki thi mere Airtel money se payment karne ki saala complain register hote hi 2 min baad call kar diya woh bhi Subeh 8am par saala kon sa government office Sunday ko open rehta saala chutiya..                       I have reported this complaint many time and finally i am writing this to you guys.
                      I am a valued customer of reliance since long. You guys are deducting balance from my account unnecessarily for the plans that i never had activated or heard.
                      Most of the time i call in customer care number they don't reply or put me on hold.
                      If this concern will not be sorted out than trust me i'll go to social media and switch the company for sure. I am very frustrated now with this kind of rubbish facility.

                        Reliance is worlds no.1 thief, reliance theft my balance time to time. And telling the following. I wrote down my conversation below.

                        When i checked my balance and found deducted i complained about that, to 198 or *333 or [protected] or [protected]. After a very long time interval the customer care representatives told that your balance has not been deducted, i told am i telling the lie, they are telling that may be, because there is no information regarding deduction from your account, i told how? My balance has been deducted but you are telling that it has not been deducted. They told we have no information regarding deduction prior to 24 hours, if your balance deducted within 24 hours then only it can be refunded, i told if 24 hours has been elapsed then my balance goes to which bank for fix deposit so that my balance cant be refunded, who told you to deduct my balance, is reliance asked me for deduction, why the reliance thief theft my balance.

                        reliance frequently deducted my balance and on asking told that you have been activated such such service, I am asking that those activated service can give me money can give me meal what service ? that nasty service never need, why that service, who proposed and created that service who is that bloody animal who created that nasty service . who is that criminal who theft my balance, who is that terrorist who has stolen peace from my mind, who is that great thief has actively deducted my balance. This type of deduction should completely be banned from India, India wants freedom from this type of theft. Reliance company should leave India. I request all Indians to expel Reliance from India because the activity and intention of Reliance is very bad for every customer. despite of repeated requests they are deducting my balance repeatedly . The Reliance Boss should be punished hard. I should get refund my deducted money of all deductions from beginning within very short period i.e. within some minutes of posting this complain.

                            Within 10days two times of my amount was deducted of my no.[protected] without any reason. Iam in full dnd option and have no vas services.
                            When i tried to contact they are not allowing to talk with customercare, i tried 198 and*333 numbers. Simply informing that services to customer care are temporarily stopped.

                                My balance was deducted 25 to 30 august 2017 from [protected] number, but i have already registered do not disturb & also i don't use any call to this number to other numbers. It's not first time many more time it will happen. Also i call 198, *333, [protected] complain number but no one can connect to customer executive. After that i registered a complain.

                                    Hi, i recharged with the rs. 65 pack for full talktime on[protected] at 9.32am but have been unable to use the same since i'm on roaming. Kindly transfer the promo balance to my main account balance so that i can make us of that balance. It's a reliance prepaid number from orissa and i'm very unlikely to be there in the next 27 days which also is how long the pack is valid for. So please transfer it to my main account balance.                                     Hi,

                                    I would like to inform you that i have used reliance number and got the bill approx 900. Even though the plan was 499 unlimited. And i had informed to customer care that i want to disconnect the connection. But i am getting bill regularly with the additional amount even i am not using that number. Now i got the bill 1504 rupees. But i am not able to pay this amount. Now please tell me asap what i can do so that this case would be resolved.

                                    Hi, I had posted on 2nd September about being unable to use the promo balance of Rs. 65 that I had recharged on my Reliance Orrisa Sim. I've still not got any update on the same and would like to know what's the solution for that. It's only valid for 24 more days and I'd like the balance to be transferred to my main account. Looking for a reply ASAP. Thanks.

                                      Our office land line phone is not working from past 1 day, we have made complaints regarding that query, please to find the complaint no:[protected]. I made a complete on 1.9.17 at 14:25, but still there is no response from your side

                                      Every month of 1st week our land line phone will disconnect regularly by not going outgoing calls and as well as income calls too.

                                      We are facing one of the poorest service from your end. Please to make a mark on it and do the needful at the earliest.

                                        मेरे पास रिलायंस अर कॉम का ब्रॉड बैंड इंटर नेट कनेक्शन है जो की अचानक १५ अगस्त को ११ बजे सुबह बन्द हो गया शिकायत के लिये हेल्प लाइम पर फ़ोन लगाया ऑपरेटर व्यस्त थे तो २ दिन बाद ऑपरेटर ने दर्ज की शिकायत "Service request No. is[protected]" इस बीच लखनऊ ऑफिस मैग्नम प्लाजा में श्री विकास जी से व कमर्शियल अधिकारी श्री रमन जी से बात हुई तो उनके अनुसार जिस मकान में डी पी बॉक्स लगा है उसका बिजली का बिल R COM ने ३ महीने का 4000 चार हजार नहीं भरा है मकान मालिक ने बिजली बंद कर दी तो हमारा कनेक्शन बंद है अभी 25000 हजार करोड़ रुपये की एयरसेल खरीदी है वो देदे तब मुंबई से तब किराया आएगा तो चालू होगा आज 15 दिन हो गए इंटर नेट बंद है

                                        Complaint not solved Today[protected] days my broadband is not working रिलायंस मैगनम लखनऊ ऑफिस मे सीनियर अधिकारी श्री हिमांशु पुरी जी ने भी कहा मुम्बई से 4000 रुपय आने के बाद ही डी पी बॉक्स का किराया दे पायेगे। ये कम्पनी २५००० करोड़ ४५००० करोड़ के काम की बात करती है हमारा पूर रेंट जमा है 22 दिन से ब्रॉडबैंड बंद हे इसका हर्जाना कौन देगा जब रेंट न दो तो फौरन ये ब्रॉडबैंड बंद कर देते है अब ये खुद अपने डब्बे का रेंट नहीं दे के हमे नुकसान कर रहे हे इनपर कर्यवाही करे व आर्थिक दंड दे अगर ये हमारा कनेक्सशन अति शीघ्र चालू नहीं करते है २ दिन मे

                                        आज 60 दिन हो गए इंटर नेट बंद है कमाल तो ये है 12 अगस्त से 11 सितम्बर 2017 का ब्रॉडबैंड जो काम नहीं कर रहा नेट पर बिल नहीं भेज कर फ़ोन पर बिल जमा करने को बोल रहे है 15 अगस्त से ब्रॉडबैंड बंद है Consumer Complaints Indian consumer complaints forum मे शिकायत पर भी कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ अब तो रिलायंस आर कॉम ने अपना हेल्प लाइन नंबर भी बंद क्र दिया है में क्या करू consumer forum कोई एक्शन क्यों नहीं लेता
