[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Balance recovery/refund | |||||
Dear Sir, I am using Reliance Network since last 7 Years but I had never seen such worst service by this company. I have recharged my Reliance no. ([protected]) with Rs. 55 on 27-Mar-2017 02:31 pm through FreeCharge and my balance has been deducted from my FreeCharge wallet and confirmation message delivered to me but at that time a text message came from Reliance that " Dear Customer, your request could not be processed . Please try again...". From that particular day (27-Mar-2017), I had tried to contact customer care to resolve my problem so many time but in every call they only said that "SERVER DOWN, PLEASE CALL AFTER TWO HOUR" that was totally useless and irresponsible responses shown by your team. Neither I got my balance return in my FreeCharge Wallet nor in my Reliance balance account. If you can't resolve my problem, please send me portability no. so I can choose some better network.
