[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Bill being raised for Data card [protected] | |||
Hi, I have been using the Reliance data card [protected] since 2012 & now I am not using this sine Sep 2016. I had called the your data card toll free number during second week of September 2016 asking them to disconnect the service from September & the person who had attended to the call had ensured that the above mentioned data card number would be discontinued. I am really amazed to receive the bill for the service which, I have not availed. I would once again, request you to kindly deactivate the service & reverse the previous bill raised.
