Reliance Communications — bill dispute | |||
Dear sir. As i am using your advance rental broadband wireline connection since october 2015. My connection not working form 3rd june 2017 and i raised a complaint for surrender my broadband connection on dated 6th june, then your retaintion team (Shamiksha) promise me i will take care of you please don't surrender the connection and i also arrange a waiver of that days, so i continue the connection but after four days (12, 13, 14 & 15) my connection again not working due to wire cut. So i again raised a complaint no[protected] on dated 16-june-17 for surrender the broadband connection and my services has been stopped from 19 june. As from 3rd june reliance was not resolved the wire cut problem and that time i was not able to use services but reliance demanding whole month advance rental to given noc. After request for termination (16 june) of services reliance can take 7 day for full termination as per trai rules. Please see the matter. I also escalate the problem nodal office and appealing authority but not getting any response from his side Was this information helpful? | |||
