My name rakesh choudhary and i am a army personal in itbp force its very shameful for our country we are server for our nation without any fear and courage at - 25 degree for our people but we need help of them they denied and behooves like bull # i am talking about reliance communication post paid no[protected] i had paid 1561 rupees on 11 july 2017 and after then paid 3 months extra bills on the basis of this plan to have totally free calls, msg, data and several time i had contact with reliance personal and they register complaint with ref=[protected] on 23 sep 2017 and after then my number got barred without any intimation... Please help on this..

This is Rakesh choudhary ...My reliance post paid no is [protected] and alternate no is[protected]. sir am regular post paid customer .I had paid 1561 rupees on 11 July 2017 by online after receiving phone from your side for 3 month and in offer 1 month extra total 4 month .In plan totally free incoming, outgoing, msg and data, including roaming. but am shocked that I have received bill to every month after paid Rs. 1561. Many times I try to communicated to customer services but no help me from your side...I was complaints to but no one solutions provided ...my complain no is[protected] on dated 23/09/17 is in process and still waiting for registration. What is on going your system that my complain has no registered till date (17days) and system show wait for 6 hours good sir... ..salute ...sir am a army personal and no one reliance center nearest me ...last two month I have paid Rs.710 and 306 and 200 on 29/7/17 & 30/08/17, 13/10/17 Can u help to army personal... thanks sir ..
