Reliance Communications — bills are issued monthly without providing services.

I am using reliance [protected] for data services in goa. All of a sudden it stopped functioning for no services on the part of the company. I donot want to port the number. However when i went to submit my deactivation to reliance stores i was surprised that all the stores in goa have been shut down. Onlthe person running the reliance store in ponda goa was available and now runs a icecream parlor in the same place. Who upon enquiry informed that the company has shut down and the my number will be automatically deactivated. However now in the month of december i have receive a bill of rs 448.4. Is the company out cheating people now and charging without providing any services. This is highly objectionable. The number be deactivated immediately.
