Hi, this is dr. Manish from indore, m. P. My account. No.[protected] I have closed my connection & submitted router &wirings to relince executive staff shukla ji on 26 may 2017 & intimated them about closing of my bb connection. I tried many times to call on customer care no. But they never picked up any call, & i also tried call to local office at bcm heights, a. B. Road, indore also no one picks call at their office, very poor customer service. And i had already shifted to new address. After 1 month they again generated bill.
