Reliance Communications — broadband connection not working since 15.10.2017 | |
I have a reliance broadband connection by consumer id no.[protected]. Since 15.10.2017 my connection is dead. Customer care phone numbers provided by the reliance are not responding. I have fed up. I want to disconnect permanently this connection as i have purchased a jio4 sim. Pl. Convey it to the concerned persons of the reliance communications. I am from Mansarovar, Jaipur and connection are down here too since[protected]. I contacted the Jaipur technician and he informed since reliance didn't pay up the power company and they cut down the whole network. Cant even contact customer care to request cancellation.
