[Resolved] Reliance Communications — change of plan without informing and then wrong bill of 4g service | |||||
I was bought reliance communication with plan of 699 unlimited data and calling. Then they started 4g service and keep calling me for collecting new 4g sim. Then i collected and they offered 10gb 4g free. But when i received the first bill after new sim there was plan change and a bill was generated unbelievable wrong. Then called reliance customer care and they agreed that they have changed the plan without instruction but i have to pay the bill or move out from rcom. I was ready to pay my genuine actual bill as per earlier plan but they only are given limited discount. I keep emailing and calling and visiting the store but no one able to respond. Now i am getting mail as below Ref no: reliance. Rcom is in the business of providing telephone/data card service, and you have availed the services, from rcom signing the caf form hereinafter referred to as “the agreement”. As per the terms and conditions of the agreement, you had undertaken to make prompt payments as and when due for the services rendered by rcom and availed by you from time to time. 2. Rcom further states that as per the running account maintained by rcom total principal amount of rs.1777/- is outstanding against your, caf no:[protected], rcom herein has inform time to time requested you to clear the outstanding amount. But on one or the other pretext, you have avoided paying the said outstanding amount to my client. 3. Rcom states that, in spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by rcom you have willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused, with malafide intention, to make payment of the said outstanding dues, in the manner and within the time stipulated as per the business norms and/or agreement and as such committed gross breach/default in due performance and observance of the terms and conditions of the agreement, further to which rcom is left with no other choice but to initiate appropriate legal proceeding against you. 4.in view of and under the circumstances stated hereinbefore, rcom do hereby call upon you to make payment of the said sum of rs. 1777/- only together with all further interests that will accrue due thereon till date of payment by you to me within two (2) days from the date of receipt hereof, or else be present at our office on 15 july, 2017 at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, pune 411040 contact person kareem [protected], e-mail:- rcom. This is totally mental harrasment, one side reliance team changed the plan without any later or message or mail and when we instruct them then they dont have any answer and start mailing for collection.
