Reliance Communications — complaining for disconnection of mts mblaze

I have an mts mblaze connection [protected] with 10 gb plan i wish to stop this connection from this month november 2017 as the main reason is that i have lost my dongle since 8th november 2017 i i have been trying to contact the customer care but as all mts customer care centers are not responding please cancel my connection. As i have no option left. And guide me for the new connection. Hoping a responsible feed back
