Dear sir / madam, I, jinu mon. J here by requesting your kind concern to terminate my broadband connection o[censored]ser id #[protected] with effective from 26th october 2017. The reason is that i have already shifted to reliance jio. I bring to your kind notice that i have no bill due from my end so far. I have to pay you only for the current running month (Until 27th or 28th october 2017) only. The bill which will be raised by you for the same will be honored by me, and payment will be done on or before the due date. The installation charges were paid by me during the installation itself. Hence kindly return back my advance / deposit as whole. Please don’t raise any bill or charges against me after the termination date mentioned above. Kindly use only my email : [protected]@gmail.com for further communication. Kindly take immediate action and do the needful. Thanking all your team - for the support and cooperation given to me.
