SIR/MADAM,

I WAS USING NETCONNECT 4G DONGLE BEARING NO. [protected]. I HAVE LOST THE DATA CARD WHILE TRAVELLING. I WANT TO DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE AS I AM NOT USING THIS. BUT I AM UNABLE TO REACH YOU TO GIVE REQUEST ONLINE AND OFFLINE (E-MAIL REVERTAING BACK & NO BODY IS PICKING CUSTOMER CARE NOS). I am being charged for nothing as I am not using this service since two three months.

Therefore, I request you to deactivate the service at the earliest.
