[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deactivation of outgoing calls without physical verification | |||
Dear sir, I am very much upset with reliance postpaid connection. I am now thinking why i have shifted from prepaid to postpaid because without any verification in house they have deactivated outgoing calls. Neither customer care is helping nor in store giving any resolutions. Either shift the postpaid from prepaid or activate my outgoing calls. My mobile number [protected] portabled into reliance communication in 2012.now my sim is damaged, so i goto reliance store they said that we are not able to replace sim because sim card registred on person name even i dont know that man, but i have submitted my documents.
