[Resolved] Reliance Communications — deduction of balance unnecessary | |
Hello, I have lodged complaint against reliance communications on 11th august for deduction of balance automatically from the account. The message was as below. "i am using a reliance mobile number. The balance of rs. 21 was deducted automatically from my account for the Subscription of the service on skywaygamewsub which was neither subscribed nor requested by me. The balance got deducted on 9th august 4:30 pm. I had called the customer care and i spoke with izhar for this. He was unresponsive and not willing to help me in getting the refund of my money. He said if you want refund, you need to call within 24 hrs and i tried calling customer care within 24 hrs but it did not redirect me to the customer care. Izhar then said that due to high volume, i may not be able to connect to the customer and so i had to wait for few more hours and then try calling them as i do not have any other work. Regarding refund he said, you will not get any refund past 24 hours. I kindly request you to take it on high priority and help me in refund of my money which was deducted by reliance. This is not at all expected from the company like reliance. It is a big loss to the customer for such automatic deductions. Complaint status [aug 11, 2017] reliance communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
