[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Deduction of main account balance | |||||
Hi, It is just a harassing situation where in you have to follow for fault created by the company. Main account balance of rs 150 has been deducted though i have not used any facility like call/ data. Tried to contact customer support but unable to get a proper response. I feel this is not at all a valid process where we need to type a mail thinking of getting a reply to it. Someone should contact me rather as i have already provided a complain.
