Reliance Communications — disconnecting the postpaid internet connection: reliance number [protected]

I have a reliance postpaid connection Reliance number [protected] & Relationship number
[protected].
From last one years I have request them to close my connection through mail but they didn’t take up the matter and not even bother to reply my mail.
Now from this month they are again increasing the monthly rental that comes 649. Again I am paid the same for this month along with a mail written to customer care for closing the connection.
Please take-up this matter
