[Resolved] Reliance Communications — discrepancy in bill amount | |||
I am rajkumar r, my mobile number associated to reliance gsm is [protected] My plan with reliance is 299 unlimited, the usual bill amount which i receive every month would be around rs.360.in the month of july i was charged rs.708, when i called customer support for enquiring the discrepancy they said that i have been charged with advanced rental. They asked me to pay the rent of july in advance without using, also they are saying that my plan has been changed to 6gb of 4g data from 3gb (For which i did not request). I was not informed about the change of plan either by sms or e-mail Do they have rights to change my plan without my approval? And they are forcing me to pay the billed amount. After several communications with your support team, they accepted to waiver the advance rental and they provided me a complaint id[protected]. I got a message today that the complaint has been resolved, when i tried to pay the bill via insta care app the amount was not regenerated yet. When ever i try to reach you customer support, they never respond properly and also disconnect the calls while speaking. I would like to know the exact time when my complaint would be solved.
