I purchased from relianc shop at armenian street, chennai 600001, reliance dongle with no.[protected] in nov. 16 and i am trying to surrender the sim card earnestly for the past 2 months. When i went in search of the shop in armenian street, chennai 600001, i was informed that the shop was closed 3 months back. I am paying the bill for the past 6 months without using the dongle.
