Sir, I, Aravinda Kumar P Mob No [protected] Post paid connection, paid my 11 Sep 2013 bill on 28.09.201e3 at ur Alleppey Office (Chandra Square, Cullen Road, Alleppey, Kerala 688 001. Instead of paying the bill within the due date I have been charged late fee of Rs 100/- in the Oct Bill. U r requested to examin the case and deduct the unauthorised charge of Rs 100/- from the bills. Relationship No [protected].
