Dear care, i am paying customer of your reliance 3g services and currently using mobile no.[protected]. I have some complain regarding your vas services/services and your network and the same has initiated to you also time to time but not reaolved yet. I am describing my complain to you and pls go through it. 1. Your network is very weak in some area of mumbai - whether signal is available but mobile get not connected/no. Busy/line busy. 2. Missed call alert - i had activated missed call alert in jan/feb month and still not getting any alert for the same, i have given so many complain to customer care as well as collection exective while they calling for bill payment. And the same will charged on monthly basis. 3. Services/ related to bill payment/ collection team - your collection executive have no any manner to talk with customer, if customer has alrdy told you that pls dnt call me again and again after this you must be stoped but no again done repeated call. Totally irritated thats why i am not paying bill on time. 4. To the final what you people will work on my complain for missed call alert. I had given complain so many times but still not resolved, totally fedup with your services and seems like only paid your bill with shameless services. Requesting you to take further necessory action on said matter with respective time frame. Waiting for your valuable response. Thank you sudhanshu [protected]

I have posted every step by step conversation sent by me every time but they people are not able to solved the query and for the particular service I have lost so many money and losted so many very important calls. I need solution on high priority with compensation. I will sent complain through consumer forum cell also by coming week.
