Reliance Communications — forcing me to payment which i have already did

I was using reliance 3g data card between[protected], i stopped using the services in april 2014, paid my final bill which i received in may 2014. After few months i received a call from someone from reliance com., and told me that i had not paid my last bill (Rs. 1200/-). I told him that i paid it and i had the receipt, he asked me to visit my reliance store where i used to pay my bills. I went to the store and showed them the receipt, the store manager said they were sorry and it was some misunderstanding on their behalf, he assured me that i wont be harassed over the same again.
In feb 2016, i received a call from a lawyer ms. Swati sharma from delhi representing reliance com., and she told me that i have not paid my last bill, there will be a legal action against me. I was so scared at the moment. I told her that i have the receipt for the payment, she asked me to mail the receipt (I still have the proof of that), after receiving the receipt she said she was sorry and she wont bother me again.
In july/august 2017, i received an email from parshuram and kamble associates stating final intimation and demand letter, that i have not paid my last bill of may 2014, i called the lawyer some ms. R j shaikh and told her that i had paid it already, she asked me for the receipt and she requested it on her whatsapp, i sent it (Which i still have the record of), later she said she was sorry and i will not be harassed again by her firm.
Its been 2 months, i am constantly getting email threats that i will be filed a case against on behalf of sec 36 of ipc at jaipur court, i keep getting warnings and intimating mails. They say 'sir ignore the mail' yet in few days i keep getting new mails. I am fed up, humiliated and dont know what else i could do, oh ya i also complained to their customer care and appellate authority at jaipur. The ticket number i got was t[protected]bhs010z4811136 and they said it will be resolved soon, some executive also called me and assured me that i dont need to worry and it was some misunderstanding and he had forwarded the matter to someone further above in hierarchy and i dont need to worry, but yet i keep getting harassed by their legal teams.
Ps: i also visited in person at their appellate authority at 25 sundar nagar, girdhar marg, opp axis bank, malviya nagar, jaipur, as mentioned on their website : http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/customercare/appellate-authority.html
But no such office is there, the guard at the neighboring bank told me that the office has been relocated to some unknown location. Also the phone mentioned on the website for appellate authority is [protected], which does not work, it says "unavailable due to emergency reasons". I have tried all i could, trying to help them resolve the issue yet i dont get anywhere.
