Reliance Communications — Generating Bill After disconnection

My Card number was[protected]. I tried calling 5 times in 15 days from July 15 to August 5th. After 5th call my request has been taken and they have disconnected on around 23th August. I am getting messages continuously now from the reliance care that you need to make payment of 1 month 20 days and they are sending message every day for payment and I told them number of times, I have not used service so I cant make payment. Even though they dont understand and send the message and call on a daily basis. Please suggest the solution for the same.
