[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Getting messages and calls of legal notice after the last transaction being completed

Dear team,
My name is bhargavi, i had a post paid connection with reliance bearing the number[protected].
The connection had problem from the beginning and the executive had sold it by giving all the details of false offers, anyways had asked this service to be terminated.
But even after completing the final settlement of bill payment, i keep getting these calls and messages from reliance to pay the bill else would have to face legal action.
Please look into the matter as i have already forwarded the bill payment mail to reliance almost 3-4 times.
Reliance customer care numbers too doesn't work.

Again i have received a message that Reliance has generated a legal notice on me for not paying the bill, when the bill has already been paid on 7th July 2017. Kindly help in resolving this issue. Attached is the message screenshot for your reference.
