Reliance Communications — Harassment by reliance | |||
This complaint is regarding my postpaid CDMA connection with Freedom 350 plan with 2048Mb data free.[attached the data plan details provided by reliance in itemized bill]. But, they have charged for 1519 Mb wrongly and blocked my services saying I don't have any plan activated on my number. I requested twice today [27th Jan, 2016 at 07:43 pm] for closing my connection but the customer care says that his system is not available and they don't provide any tickets to helpless reliance customers. So, they would not close the connection, or correct the wrong unbilled amount or start the services. Please note that this communication should be treated as my official request to stop all services for my mobile number [protected] with immediate effect and should be used in case of any dispute arising out further. Please close all services of my postpaid reliance number- [protected] The customer shall in no way be responsible for any rental generated after 27th Jan, 2016 as he has requested multiple times for closure but same has not been done by reliance communications.
