Reliance Communications — i am idea customer now and getting bill from rcom since two months

Hello team,

I am sankalp kaidalwar staying in nagpur maharashtra, my mobile number is [protected].
I did mnp from rcom to idea in first week of nov 2017 because rcom has stopped their services in india, no mistake from me.

I am receiving reliance bills since last two months (Nov 2017 and nov 2018) even though i have cleared all outstanding before porting to idea @09 nov 2017.
How could it possible to have bill from two different provider for same month on same phone number

Request you to please check your system and update it correctly. Kindly send me clearance of no outstanding and stop sending any further bill from reliance communication.
