Reliance Communications — i want my sim which is stop by jio on other telecom services

I am saif malik. My jio number [protected] has been stop unpredictable, it's say you have issues new sim. My sim is closed, i got a loss of 2 lac by this, i can't talk to my buyers unfortunately my buyers gone. This relaince service is very bad. I want this sim should be port to other telecom company. They making issue on this. There operater not respond ing on my calls. My other number is [protected]

I am a postpaid user of reliance and I have paid my unbilled amount also I wish to Port as I am from Tamil Nadu. But I am unable to receive any message or calls or also make a call from my side.I tried sending the port message also I have network but still I am not receiving any of the services.what should I do??
