[Resolved] Reliance Communications — I'm complaint about my 3g data balance | |||||
I have 429 mb data balance in my reliance no. That is [protected]. But i can't use this data balance at anyway. When i sms "mbal" to 55333 then reply is coming with my 3g data balance. But when i open my network then the network is not work anyway. And when i call to reliance care and talk with their customer care service executive then he can't solve my problem, they just said to me that at first you switch off your mobile and then on it, then your 3g data balance is work properly. Jul 20, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved When I 3G data balance checked by *111*1*3#, then reply with - your 3G data balance is 429MB. And when I SMS "MBAL" send to 55333 then the reply is same. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
