I have purchased independent service 6 months back and now 1 year free service of all channels stopped and I have enquired to customer care they said that we are upgrading software you to understand and please be wait for 3 days. Now I am facing this issue last 60 days. Now they are saying that you need to purchase channel. That's why I purchased channel of rs.19 now also they are not able to activate channel. I request you to do the needful.
