[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Involuntary subscription to VAS | |||
Reliance has been deducting money from my main balance (Ph. No. [protected] ) by forced subscription of value added services. I have not subscribed to any service. Over 222 rupees have been deducted in less than month. I tried calling customer care and complaining about it but the problem still persists. I am very disappointed and disgusted by this. Despite repeatedly unsubscribing to VAS which have been forced on me, it keeps happening over and over. Please look into the matter and refund my balance.
