[Resolved] Reliance Communications — issue regarding bill

Dear sir
My self sumit kumar and my number is [protected]. I faced problem regarding bill every month, my monthly plan was 499 but every month my bill was uncertain, and this month my plan was 399 but again my bill is 591, how is this possible, i also paid 500 for previous bill but my out going facility is barred, so please tell me why do. I try to contact customer care but there is no response from your side. I request you to plz resolve this issue or i go to other operator

I got many fake calls after this post...they said they are calling from reliance and asking me my account detail they all are fraud
