[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Issue related to plan | |||||
Reliance authority, I got call from your executive randomly from ATUL whose contact detail is [protected] for porting my mobile no which is [protected] airtel to reliance. I agreed on some beneficial plans regarding my daily usage, mr atul explained me about your 299Rs plan in which i will get unlimited calling and 3 gb 3g and 4g both. But by the time converted my plan to reliance i am not getting any benefit as offered earlier. And my bill limit is exceeding each month by 80Rs. Please ensure me that what benefit i got for data usage is now 1gb for a month which was earlier promised 3 gb. Take some necessary action regarding this.
