I had given my laptop which was insured under the resq plan in the only service centre set up in rourkela on june 4, 2018. It's been one month but i haven't got my product back and the authorities have been stalling it ever since. They are continuously extending the deadlines and this isnt stalling; this is harassment. Kindly look into the service centre and its authenticity and working ability.
