Reliance Communications Limited — Balance Deduction - VAS

Balance deduction on daily basis - "Amount charged for VAS stores", "Amount charged for VAS Shemaroo", "Amount charged for VAS videostors", "Amount charged for VAS shotformatsGSM" I didn't activated any Service on mobile - unnecessary these type of amount deduction from my connection. And when i call to customercare for clarify - executive said there is no service activate on my mobile. Than Why this type of deduction from my connection ? Regards, Yash Kalra +91-[protected]
