Reliance Communications — money collected towards recharge but recharge not affected (not successful)

I am really amazed at the way i am being hoodwinked and taken for a ride right royally 1st by one rahul sharma (Mobile nos [protected] / [protected]) from reliance jio and then some head of reliance jio division (Mobile no[protected] abhishek kumar patel). Both spoke to me in hindi promising to refund my money deducted wrongly but went on to empty my account totally of rs 2300/= by forcing me to divulge all debit card details and otp s to facilitate the refund. Instead of refund i have lost all the money left in my account.
Refund was for following
Mob no[protected] recharge done on 9th jan2018 for rs.399/= but not successful, host id :[protected], ref :[protected]. Same for mobile no. [protected]. Host id :[protected], ref.:[protected]

Updated by Prakash Ramchandra Murdeshwar As per the telecon with Abhishek Kumar Patel ( Mobile No[protected], head of Jio Dept ) I called him at 16.50 hrs today ie on 29th March 2018 to enquire about the refund which he had promised today by 16.30 hrs, he got upset asking why am I calling him ? Look at the attitude of Patel ! He told me to call him for checking whether refund is done or not . but when I called him he is upset . Resultantly refund is not done and moreover I was fooled into divulging secret info leading to emptying of my money from my account . Please note it down very very seriously for needful necessary action .
