Reliance Communications — mts mblaze wifi not working post reliance merger | |||
Hello, I have mts datacard, apparently now the mts merger with reliance has happened so i'm sire no one would bother to resolve my query. Still i pen it down here I didnt get any message from mts before the merger and about the merger, since november connection has been giving me hard time related to speed and connectivity. Now since 1st dec 2017, its not working at all. What a smooth transition, i must say. None of the company is bothered about the customers. Neither did mts website is working nor they sent any sms or call telling me what to do. Nor even reliance has bothered to revert to my query sent on [protected]@relianceada.com. Simply wow... Now if i want to discontinue with my connection, i dont know whom to approach. And reliance guys are the first ones in hurry to send a bill me for not using the connection. I'm sorry but i'm not going to pay a single penny to these companies who doesnt bother to revert to customers. My datacard number if any of the company mts/reliance wants to know is [protected].
