My balance was rupees 172 and then i saw that my balance is showing only rs 12 where is my money which i have recharged and i have not use the internet also then also reliance have cut my balance how you can do??? With your customer i eant my balance now or i am going to the police station write now then your goodwill will be low only i request yu if yu have not give in 2 hours then i am going to complaint. I have 3g plan postpaid. i dont understand why i get roaming on my phone even when at home. i have 3g pack but always get 2g speed. many times calls are blocked. i had complained previously also but no action was taken. even customer care keeps calls on hold for long time. till now worst service.
