Dear Sir, Please arrange to change my tariff plan as per my previous plan RTLJalsa 1198. it was switched to some other plan without my consent and bill was generated. You are requested to switch my previous approved plan and regenerate bill for April 2017 accordingly. Hope for fruitful association. 1.I have made recharge of rs 60 for 60 as per offer but i was provided only 39rs.
2.on 19april 2017, my all balance was deductec in name of VAS which i never opted for.
3 .While calling to customer care, they didn't pick up call rather put it on hold..
