Reliance Communications — network suspended at bikaner rajasthan

I am not getting any network on my no. [protected] from one week, unable to upgrade to 4g or port to other network. Facing problems as this no. Is linked to all my accounts. Requesting you to please resolve the issue as i am unable to access my bank accounts and various other accounts too. Facing severe hardship please help. I will be grateful to you for this.
